高强冷弯薄壁型钢单面覆板墙体立柱轴压性能试验研究

【摘要】 本文对6根550MPa高强冷弯薄壁型钢单面覆带肋钢板墙体立柱试件进行了足尺轴压试验,得到了立柱的极限承载力及破坏模态。通过试验发现:立柱大多发生弯扭失稳破坏;试验加载过程中,立柱均出现了畸变屈曲现象,部分立柱还出现了局部屈曲,发生了畸变屈曲与局部屈曲的相关作用。本文在试验基础上,采用大型通用有限元软件ANSYS对单面覆带肋钢板高强冷弯薄壁型钢轴压墙体立柱进行了非线性数值模拟分析,所得有限元计算结果与试验结果吻合较好。为了全面了解单面覆板高强冷弯薄壁型钢墙体立柱的轴压性能,在此基础上,进行了参数分析,模拟了不同墙面板材、螺钉间距、水平扁钢拉条、钢板接缝以及立柱截面尺寸等因素对墙体立柱极限承载力的影响。本文利用立柱轴压极限承载力及其失稳模式,通过分析、计算得到了单面覆带肋钢板墙体立柱计算长度系数μ_x值。为了便于工程设计,给出了立柱计算长度系数μ_x的设计建议取值。利用立柱计算长度系数μ_x设计建议值,通过本文建议方法计算得到立柱承载力,并与试验值和有限元计算值进行比较。由比较结果可知,利用本文建议方法计算单面覆带肋钢板高强冷弯薄壁型钢墙体立柱轴压承载力是安全的。

【Abstract】 A group of six full-size 550MPa high strength cold-formed steel framing wall studs with single steel rib panel were tested under axial compression loading. The ultimate load-carrying capacity and failure modes of all wall studs were obtained from the test. Also, it was found from the test that flexural-torsional buckling is the main failure mode of the wall studs. During the test, distortional bucking occurred in all the wall studs and the interaction between local and distortional bucking happened.Based on the test, the finite element program ANSYS is applied to carry out the finite element nonlinear analysis of the framing wall studs with single steel rib panel under axial compression loading. Ultimate load-carrying capacity of the finite element method agrees well with the test data. In order to fully understand the behavior of the framing wall studs with single panel, a detailed parametric study, including the type of panels, the spacing of screws, the plate strips, the seam construction of steel rib panel and the section size of wall studs, is analyzed in the paper.Effective length factorμ_x is obtained based on ultimate load-carrying capacity and failure modes of the wall studs with single steel rib panel. In order to be applied to project design, the values of effective length factorμ_x are suggested. Also, a new method of calculating ultimate load-carrying capacity of the wall studs is provided. Based on the comparing the calculated load-carrying capacity of the wall studs by use of the new method and the suggested values ofμ_x with the test results, it shows that the suggested method for calculating the load-carrying capacity of the wall studs with single steel rib panel is feasible and valid.
