【摘要】 在知识经济和信息时代的社会背景下,处于世纪之交的中国医院建筑,正经历着经济体制、医学模式和技术革命的三大变革。单纯的“医疗型”医院正在向“医疗、保健、预防、康复”复合型转变,医院环境成为评价医疗建筑优劣的关键部分,而光色质作为建筑环境的重要组成元素,其运用好坏直接影响到使用者的使用过程的舒适度,患者的治疗和康复。医疗建筑是建筑中的一种特殊类型,是最为复杂的民用建筑之一。它涉及的知识范畴超越了常规建筑师所掌握的范围,其光色质环境的设计也不应该只强调使用功能,同时要兼顾美学、精神和生态等等的功能。如何将心理学、色彩医疗作与医院环境的设计相结合,为医院的使用人群创造出舒适的、可持续发展的医疗光色质环境,是我们在这里要着重探寻的问题。本文回顾了医疗建筑的光色质环境的发展流变,阐释光色质环境对人的生理和心理影响、医疗辅助作用及光色质的标识作用,从用户需求的角度分析了医疗建筑的光色质环境,结合实例分章节探讨了医疗建筑的光色质环境(以公共空间为主)的在实际中的具体设计应用。在分析过程中,光、色、质环境有一定的整体性和不可分割性,因此分项讨论时难免出现一些内容的交叉,最后还注意讨论了医疗建筑光色质环境的进一步完善和提高的可能性,希望能在医疗建筑的光色质环境的设计工作上提供一些参考资料,以减少不必要的重复探索。更多还原

【Abstract】 At the turning point of the century, in the social background of the. knowle-ge economy and information age, the Chinese medical building is undergoing the reform in the three areas such as economy stems, medical science systems, and technological revolution. The mode of medical operation are transforming from th e biomedical mode to the combinational mode of biology, psychology and social-ogy. The environment became a key of the medical building revolution. To be a important part of the building environment, The light color and material have a direct influence to user’s use process comfort or not, patient’s treatment and recovery.Hospital as a building type is one of the most complicated and changed, it a-lso is one of most complex civil building. The knowledge involved in hospital de-sign may go beyond what architects are capable of managing. By the architect of the scope of its light color and material of environmental design should not only emphasize the use of functions, and to take into account aesthetic, spiritual and ecological and so on. How we combine psychology, color medical with hosp ital environment for the design, to create a comfortable, sustainable development of medical light, color and material environment, that is the issue we focus on exploring here.This article reviews the development process of the light color and material e-nvironmental of the medical building. It explained how to effects people from the light, color and material environmental on the physical and psychological, m edical aid and VI. We analysed the light, color and material environmental of the medic-al building by the point of view of user need. It has been studied the ap plication in the actual design ,combine with examples of the light, color and mat erial environmental of the medical building(mainly public space).In the analysis pr ocess, the light color and material environmental of the medical building must be tra-et as whole, so when I did sub-item discussion some content overlapping we re never avoided, then we give more attention to the possibility of improve and enhance, I hope I can work with some reference to reduce unnecessary duplication of exploration in the future design.更多还原
