健美操运动对改善大学生心理健康状况的效果研究

【摘要】 当前大学生的心理健康问题越来越不容乐观,如何针对大学生的心理健康进行合理有效的干预成为了目前国内教育界的热点和难点问题。由于体育运动对于心理健康具有积极的影响作用,本文主要探讨了以健美操运动为主要内容的运动处方对于大学生心理健康的影响。文章主要采用抽样调查和统计分析法,运用国际上通用的心理健康测试标准(SCL-90量表)和SPSS统计软件,对部分选修健美操课程的大学生进行前后的测试对比,研究结果反映出健身运动处方的实施对实验者的心理健康有一定的良好影响,在“人际关系”、“焦虑”等因子项目有明显的作用。研究表明强度适中,编排合适的健美操对于大学生心理健康具有积极的影响。

【Abstract】 University students’ psychological health problem allows of no optimist more and more at present, how carry on reasonable effective intervention become domestic focus and difficult point problem of education circle at present to psychological health of university student. Because the sports activity has positive influence function on the psychological health, this text probe into sport main sport prescription of content to university student influence of psychological health with aerobics mainly. Article adopt sample investigation and count analytic approach mainly, use common psychological health test standard (SCL-90 scale ) and SPSS count the software in the world, to the test contrast before and after going on of university student taking aerobics course partly, the result of study reflects the implementation of the body building prescription has certain good influence on the experimenter’s psychological health, have obvious function in factor projects such as " interpersonal relationships " , " anxious " ,etc.. Studies have suggested the intensity is moderate , grading the suitable aerobics will have positive influence on university student’s psychological health.
