当代中国青少年劳动教育的问题、原因及其对策

【摘要】 劳动是人生幸福的基础,是人类赖以生存和发展的基础,是人的本质力量的集中体现。学校里学生的劳动不是简单意义上的创造物质财富的劳动,而是以促进学生个性健康和谐发展为主的教育活动,回归劳动的本然追求,通过劳动教育,实施有效的“教劳”结合,培养全面发展的人。本文正是立足这样的逻辑起点和价值取向,针对目前我国青少年劳动教育的种种问题,以本体论、价值论为指导,运用文献资料法和观察、访谈的方法,主要从四大方面即引言、问题、原因、对策,比较全面的分析了目前我国青少年劳动教育的现状,引言部分立足于劳动教育的本体追求,从理论和现实两个方面论述了对青少年进行劳动教育的重要意义;问题部分主要站在理论概括的角度,从六个方面分析了目前我国青少年劳动教育存在的主要问题,即劳动教育“边缘化”、劳动教育“狭隘化”、劳动教育“片面化”、劳动教育“功利化”、劳动教育“个人化”、劳动教育“形式化”。原因部分主要针对青少年劳动教育存在的六个方面的问题,比较全面的分析了问题产生的原因,学校教育中缺乏劳动教育应有的地位,其问题的产生是多方面的,既有观念的问题,也有制度的问题;既有独生子女的教育问题,也有社会文化及其价值取向的问题,也有人文教育缺失的问题;应试教育的惯性冲击是问题的主要核心和症结。接着,文章在对策部分,主要针对劳动教育问题的原因,从八个方面提出了保障青少年劳动教育有效实施的八个方面的对策,即完善应试教育制度、转变观念、注重劳动教育的人文教育价值等,构建学校、家庭、社会三为一体的劳动教育保障制度和实施途径,是解决青少年教育中实际无劳动教育的基础。教育的使命就在于发展人,就是为人生谋求幸福,一个热爱劳动的民族是一个自强不息、积极向上、追求永恒幸福的民族,一个热爱劳动的人是一个完满幸福的人,本文重温劳动教育,重申劳动教育的重要性,就是因为劳动教育它能承载这样的特殊历史使命,能培养个性和谐发展的人,培养能将来会做一切的人,冲破应试教育的束缚,解放儿童的双手和大脑,还儿童自由思考和做事的时间和空间,使儿童创造的火花由这里生成,智慧的明灯由这里重新点燃。

【Abstract】 Work is the foundation of happy life and maintains our survival and development. Work also is the essential of human beings. The students’work in school not is the simple work for material wealth, but is one of educational activities focusing in their healthy and harmonious development. Returning to the work nature and combining education with labor training effectively in order to bring up the whole-development people by labor education.This paper with above standpoints and value tropism, aiming at all kinds of problems of youngster’s labor education in current china, discussing the actuality of labor education of youngster in current china from three parts such as problems, reasons and relative strategies with literature-data method, observation and visiting-talk method. The first part discussing the significance of the labor education from the version of theory and practice with the standpoint of noumenon pursuit. And the second part analyzing the main problems such as the non-central, parochialism, unilateralism,utilitarian, individuality and formalization of labor education. According to the above problems, the third part analyzing the reason for these problems . Labor education is ignored in school, and the reason is various. For example, the problem in ideology and institution, singleton’s education, social culture and the value tropism, less humanism in education and the impaction from examination-oriented-education is the core problem. The fourth part discussing the strategies composing of eight aspects containing perfecting the examination-oriented education system, converting ideology, paying attention to the humanism value of labor education and so on. It is the basic to solve the problem of ignoring labor in youngsters’practical education that establishing a labor education guarantee system involving school, family and society.The mission of education lies in people’s development and pursuing happy life. A nation which love work is full of energy and in pursuit for happiness, a person who loves work is one who possesses happiness. This paper take consideration of labor education again, emphasize the importance of labor education just because labor education can carry such special historical mission: cultivate the person who has harmonious development personality, and who can do everything, release from examination-oriented education. Inspire children’s creative sprit and light wisdom from here.
