教师教育应有的基本理念

The Required Basic Idea of Teacher Education

【摘要】 教师是教育的基本要素,教师教育关系着教育的成败。我国的教师教育起步较晚,缺乏理论基础和实践经验,因此,在教育改革与发展的今天,由于我们对教师教育的理性认识还有所欠缺而影响到教师教育的改革,并出现了一些问题。这些问题的解决有赖于各方面的努力,特别需要理论研究的支持,为教师教育把好脉,指出症结所在,并且提出解决问题的指导思想。本文就是在已有研究的基础上,结合实际,对教师教育基本理念的探索,也是对教师教育“做什么”的思考,以期探明教师教育的价值和我们今后的发展方向,并且为将来的研究做基础。论文共分三部分。第一部分是文章引言,叙述了论文的研究意义,以及对论文基本概念的界定。由于当前教师教育存在问题,而已有的研究又有一定的局限,不能很好地为现实问题的解决提供理论依据和指导思路。因此,此题目具有一定的研究价值。第二部分是论文的主要部分,着重论述本文提出的教师教育的六个基本理念,即:专业化之理念,职业道德之理念,教育智慧之理念,教师个性之理念,教师文化之理念,终身发展之理念。当前我国教师教育的迫切任务是实现教师的专业化,提高教师队伍的整体素质,这一问题的解决主要依靠教师教育来完成,因此,教师教育应该以专业化为理念;教师职业道德是教师的灵魂,教师教育应该以塑造师魂为基本目标;教育智慧是教师必需的品质,教育要传给人以智慧,教师教育更应该传授教师以教育智慧;个性是教师主体的存在方式,个性教育的使命也需要个性的教师完成,教师教育应该塑造具有良好个性的教师;教师文化为教师教育积淀了丰厚的文化基础,良好的教师文化也是教师成长的精神导向,教师教育应该促进良好的教师文化建设;当今社会已是教育终身化和学习终身化的社会,对教育者提出了终身发展的要求,教师教育一体化的趋势更是时代的必然,教师教育应该促进教师的终身发展。第三部分是论文的结语,是对论文的简要总结。

【Abstract】 Teacher is an essential element of education, and Teacher education is the key to the education will be success or failure in our country. Teacher education started later in our country than other countries’, it lacks foundation in theories and practice experience, today in the educational reform and the development, because of we have not enough rational understanding of Teacher Education that it is influenced, and some problems appeared. Solve these problems depend on everyone’s effort, specially the theories research. We should point out the key problem for the Teacher Education, then put forward a way to solve it. This text is based upon other studies, according to the practice, the quest of The Basic Idea of Teacher Education, it is the thinking that " what does Teacher Education do", try to explore the value and developmental direction of Teacher Education in the future, and make a foundation for the later research.The thesis is divided into three parts totally.The first part is the foreword of article. In this part, we described the value of this thesis, and we defined the basic concept. Currently, we can’t resolve the problem of Teacher Education by the theories we have had, therefore, this research is worthy to do.The second part is the main part of the thesis. In this part, we emphasized to discuss six basic idea of Teacher Education——The principle of teacher specialization, The principle of teacher morals, The principle of teacher wisdom, The principle of teacher individuality, The principle of teacher culture, The principle of life developing. Currently, an urgent mission of Teacher education is teacher specialization and faculty enhance, this problem should be resolved to mainly depend on Teacher Education. Therefore, Teacher education should change into a principle by specialization. Teacher professional morals is teacher’s soul, Teacher Education should take molding the teacher soul as a basic target; Teacher wisdom is a essential quality, education wants to teach a person to be wisdom, and Teacher Education should even teach a teacher to be wisdom; Teacher individuality is the method of teacher being, The mission of the individuality education also needs teacher’s individuality, teacher education should train the teacher who can mold individuality. Better teacher culture is the spirit direction of teacher growth, and it accumulated rich cultural foundation of teacher education, teacher education should promote better teacher cultural. Nowadays, it has been a society of lifelong educating and lifelong studying, thus, it request that teacher should study all their life, and it is inevitable that teacher education trend to be incorporate, accordingly, teacher education should promote teacher developing for life.The third part is the epilogue of the paper, it is a brief summary.
