【摘要】 在当代中国,社会发展的代价及其调控问题已引起人们的普遍关注。本文在学术界有关研究的基础上,对发展代价及其调控的实践基础进行探索,以求社会的和谐发展与共荣。代价是人类通过实践活动在实现社会发展的过程中所付出的牺牲、损失、放弃及由此造成的与主体价值相背的负效应或消极后果。代价以实践为基础,体现在代价意识在实践活动背景中产生,代价本身产生于人类的实践活动中,代价的调控也依赖于人的实践活动。代价的调控是指社会实践主体通过运用社会规范以及与之相应的手段和方式,对社会实践活动过程及其结果进行调节、引导和管理,从而实现代价合理性和实践合理化的目标。代价的调控以实践为现实基础、根本动力。当代中国社会的发展及其代价是统一于同一现代化建设进程之中的,二者的辩证统一也有着深刻的实践基础。实践不仅是二者对立的基础,而且也促成了二者的统一。人类在实践中付出了代价,也要在实践中解决、调控代价问题。综观全文,着重探讨了以下几个问题:即如何从实践哲学角度理解、反思代价,代价及其调控的实践基础,在实践活动中怎样对代价进行调控。本文认为,社会发展代价的根源是人类不合理的实践活动,一切社会问题都可从人类的实践活动中找到答案。我国社会的发展,不应也不能走西方国家先发展后治理的老路,而应在发展实践中调控社会发展的代价。更多还原

【Abstract】 In contemporary China, the cost of social development and Its regulation issue have been a cause for general concern. On the basis of relevant researches in academic circles, this paper makes explorations of the practical base of the developmental cost and Its regulation to search for the harmonious development of society and prosperity.The cost is the sacrifice, the loss, the abandoned paid by hunan through their practical activities in the process of achieving social development and the negative effects or negative consequences which run counter to the value. The cost is on the basis of practice, embodied in the cost of awareness coming from practice, the cost itself coming from human practical activities, the regulation of cost also depending on practical activities. The regulation of cost is that in terms of social norms, ways and means, human of social practical adjust, guide and manage the process of practical activities and their results in order to achieve a reasonablity of cost and the rationalization of the practive. The regulation of cost takes practice as a realistic basis, the fundamental driving force. The development of contemporary Chinese society and the cost are integrated in the same process of modernization construction, both dialectical unity also has a profound basis. Practice is not only the basis of two antagonistic, but also contributing to the unification of the two. Human being has paid the cost in practice, so where they can settle and contrl the issue of cost. An overview of, this paper focuses on the following issues: how to understand and reflect the cost from the practical philosophy. what is the practical base of cost and its regulation. how to control the cost in practical activities.As far as this paper is concerned, the root of social developmental cost is the human unreasonable practical activities, from which all the social questions should find the answers, Our social development should not and cannot develop first and treat later as western countries. while controling the cost of social development in the practice of development.更多还原
