基于GPS/GSM/SMS的农机肇事逃逸监测系统

【摘要】 在我国,由于交通监理部门管理和技术的落后,使得每年出现大量农机肇事逃逸的案件,其肇事逃逸比率一直居高不下。本文旨在开发出一种基于GPS/GSM/SMS技术的农机肇事逃逸监测系统,以提高农机监理部门对农机的监管力度和交通管理部门对肇事逃逸案件的侦破效率,从技术角度杜绝农机肇事逃逸案件的发生。本文在设计中采用意大利Telit公司研制的GE863-GPS模块以及EVK2开发板,利用GPS(Global Positioning System)、GSM(Global System for Mobile communication)、SMS( Short massage system)和美国公布的Google Earth卫星数据实现了对运行中农机的位置,速度和时间三种信息的实时提取,从而实现了对农机肇事逃逸的24h全方位实时监测。本文利用Pro/Engineer3.0,AutoCAD等软件设计了一种由硅橡胶和银粉混合而成的厚度不超过6.0mm的低成本感应膜,并对该感应膜进行了材料分析与结构计算;利用实例计算对GPS定位中的位置和速度求解进行了分析;在控制部分,利用Visio软件和意大利Telit公司的相关资料对控制模块的外围电路进行了设计,利用Python语言对系统的检测程序和主应用程序进行了编写与调试;在对肇事信息分析与处理中,利用Google Earth和交通管理部门现有的数据库对整个处理过程进行了实际演示。本文首先提出对交通肇事逃逸实行技术监测,并开发出了全套系统,该系统在测试过程中性能优良。开发出了一款适合农用车辆的经济实用型感应膜,引用意大利Telit的GE863-GPS模块,并利用内置Python编译器功能实现了模块的自动控制,从而省去了外部的MCU,缩小了整个产品的尺寸。在系统信息后期处理中本文设计了一种信息分析与保存的简单方法,这种方法具有数据库兼容性好,操作简单,性能稳定,信息可靠和很好的应用价值。本系统的成功开发填补了国内对农机肇事逃逸监测领域的空白,对于我国交通监测管理,实现农业机械自动化和远程监控,发展智能交通和车辆信息化管理有着深远的意义。由于本系统可以同时受益于多方,因此其具有深远的应用价值和广阔的市场前景。另外本系统也为车辆运行中其它信息的采集和远程控制提供了开发平台。

【Abstract】 A great deal of farming machine accident escaping happened in our country every year because of the draggled management and technology in relative management department. Furthermore, the escaping rate keeps high rate every year. The paper here developed a monitoring system for escaping of farming machine accident based on GPS/GSM/SMS technologies in order to control these escapes and improve the efficiency of the farming machine monitoring for Farming Machine Supervision Department and the escaping detection for Traffic Management Department.With the GE863-GPS module and EVK2 from Telit in Italy, the paper implemented real time monitor for farming machine accident escaping in any time and any place, using GPS/GSM/SMS and Google Earth satellite pictures public by USA to catch position, velocity and time information in real time. The paper used software such as AutoCAD、Pro/Engineer to designed a cost down sensing film commixed by silica gel and silver with the thickness less than 6.0mm, finished the material analysis and structure calculation; The paper also analyzed the seeking for position and velocity in GPS positioning, using arithmetic example; In part of control, we designed the peripheral circuit with Visio and references from Telit. And we also finished the Python program compiling and debugging; In part of SMS analyzing and processing, the paper finished illustrating and demo of the whole process, using Google Earth and current database in Traffic Management Department.The paper here firstly brings the idea on traffic accident escaping monitor for farming machine and developed the whole system. The monitor system showed good characteristics in testing. In design process, the paper developed an economical and practical sensing film for farming machine. Using the GE863-GPS module with internal Python interpreter from Telit, the paper implemented the self-control function without external MCU, so the size of the products was reduced much more. In SMS processing, a simple method for information analyzing and saving was showed in the paper. This method has good database compatibility and easy handling, so its application value is very considerable.The succeed implement of system in this paper fill the blank of the field of accident escaping monitor for farming machine. And it has a deep meaning for traffic monitoring and management, automatization and remote control for farming machine, development of ITS and informationized management for vehicle. Because of the benefits to multi-aspect in same time, the system has a promising application value and expansive future market. Furthermore, the system also provided a good platform for collecting other real time information form the vehicle and developing other remote control technologies.
