【摘要】 当农民收入增长问题成为当前我国经济社会发展中最为突出、最受社会各界关注的核心问题的时候,浙江省农民收入却保持着很快的增长速度,其农民人均纯收入额连续21年位居全国首位。与此同时,浙江省中小企业集群的发展,从温州和台州区域辐射至宁波、绍兴区域,而后扩展至金华等地,最后基本实现了在全省范围内的覆盖。农民收入增长和中小企业集群之间是否存在必然联系?本文从这个研究视角出发,提出中小企业集群促进农民增收的观点,并将其运用于解决陕西省农民收入增长缓慢问题。本文共分成六大部分:第一,论文对中小企业集群促进农民增收的研究背景、研究目的及研究意义进行了详细论述,对国内外研究动态进行了简单综述并做出了相应评论,以及对论文的研究思路和方法做出了简述说明,指出了本文的创新之处。第二,论文介绍了中小企业集群对农民增收影响的机制和原理,通过分析中小企业集群对农民增收的直接影响和间接影响进一步揭示了中小企业集群发展能够促进农民增收。第三,论文对陕西省中小企业集群对农民增收影响状况做了详细阐述和分析,最终得出陕西省中小企业集群与农民收入不存在相关关系,即中小企业集群对农民增收的促进作用甚微,陕西省仍然存在农民收入缓慢,农民收入构成结构不合理的问题。第四,论文详细阐述了陕西省中小企业集群发展的现状,并系统分析了中小企业集群发展中存在的现实制约及主要问题;另外,论文运用对浙江省中小企业集群的典型分析,进一步比较看出陕西省中小企业集群发展的不足。第五,论文借鉴了浙江省中小企业集群对农民增收的典型经验,在分析浙江省中小企业集群发展特点的基础上,提出了对陕西省中小企业集群健康发展的启示。最后,基于浙江省中小企业集群的典型分析,论文指出了陕西省中小企业集群健康发展的战略及模式选择,使其更好地发挥对农民增收的促进作用,解决陕西省农民增收难的严峻问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 When the farmers income growth has become China’s current economic and social development of the most prominent, most community’s concern about the core issues, the income of the farmers in Zhejiang Province has maintained a rapid growth rate and its per capita net income of farmers also ranked in 21 consecutive. At the same time, Zhejiang Province develop SME clusters in full swing, from Wenzhou, Taizhou and Ningbo region to radiation, regional Shaoxing, Jinhua and then extended to places such as the basic realization of the final in the province within the scope of coverage. Between these two phenomena exist an inevitable link, which this paper from a new perspective on SME clusters to promote to increase farmers’income by the new way, and applies them to solve the income of the farmers in Shaanxi Province slow growth problems.The paper was divided into six parts:Firstly, this cluster of small and medium enterprises to promote farmers to increase income research background, the purpose and significance of research carried out a detailed exposition of the dynamic at home and abroad on a simple reviewed and made a corresponding comments, as well as the papers of ideas and methods to do a brief description, the paper pointed out that innovation.Secondly, the paper introduced the SME cluster of peasants to increase income impact of the mechanism and principle, through the analysis of SME cluster of farmers and increase the direct impact of indirect effects of further revealed the SME cluster development can promote peasant incomes.Thirdly, the thesis of the Shaanxi Provincial SME cluster of peasants to increase income impact of the situation and done a detailed analysis, come to the end of Shaanxi Province SME cluster and the income of the farmers there is no correlation between the SME cluster that is the promotion of peasants to increase income Minimal role, Shaanxi Province remained slow income of the farmers, the income of the farmers pose the problem of irrational structure.Fourthly, the paper elaborated on SME cluster development in Shaanxi Province of the status quo, and systematic analysis of the SME cluster development in the reality of the main constraints and problems; addition, the papers use of the cluster of small and medium enterprises in Zhejiang Province typical analysis, Comparison of Shaanxi Province to see further SME cluster development deficiencies.Fifthly, the papers from the Zhejiang SME cluster of peasants to increase income of the typical experience in the analysis of characteristics of SME cluster development in Zhejiang Province, on the basis of Shaanxi Province put forward the healthy development of the SME cluster inspiration.Finally, based on a typical cluster of SMEs in Zhejiang Province of Shaanxi Province thesis that the healthy development of the SME cluster strategy and mode of choice, to give better play to the role of promoting the increase of farmers, increase farmers in Shaanxi Province to solve the severe difficulties更多还原
