短萼仪花叶的化学成分研究

【摘要】 短萼仪花叶为豆科仪花属植物短萼仪花(Lysidice brevicalyx Wei)的叶,又名麻轧木(广西),麻木(广东),乔木,分布于我国广西、广东、云南、贵州、香港等地。其根、茎、叶有小毒,能散瘀消肿,止血止痛。民间主要用于治疗跌打损伤,骨折,风湿性关节炎,外伤出血等症。庾石山教授课题组已对同属另一种植物仪花的化学成分作了较为详细的研究,发现了具有血管内皮保护作用和抗氧化活性成分及新型的螺环苯并二氢呋喃骨架和苄基取代的苯并呋喃并四氢呋喃骨架类化合物。基于研究工作的扩展性,作者对短萼仪花叶进行了化学成分的研究,从该植物乙酸乙酯部分分离得到并鉴定了10个化合物,其结构为2-O-[1-(3-甲基丁酰基)间苯三酚]-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(1),3-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖氧基-4,5-二甲氧基-苯甲酸(2),苯甲醇O-β-D-吡哺葡萄糖苷(3),槲皮素-3-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖苷(4),虎杖苷(5),没食子酸乙酯(6),苯甲醇O-(6-β-O-α-L-呋喃阿拉伯糖基)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(7),lisidiside X(8),lisidiside Y(9),lisidiside Z(10)。以上化合物均为从该植物中首次获得,其中化合物2,3,5,6,7为首次从仪花属植物中分离得到,化合物8,9,10为新化合物。

【Abstract】 The leaves of Lysidice brevicalyx Wei is a traditional medicine used in China for the treatment of trauma,acesodyne,rheumatic arthritis and fractures by local folks for many years.The plant is widely distributed in Guangxi,Guangdong,Yunnan, Guizhou provinces and Hong Kong district of China.To our knowledge,no phytochemical investigation about this plant has been described in literature up to now.Separation of the Lysidice brevicalyx Wei by the group of Prof.Yu led to the isolation and structural elucidation of many new compounds.Some of them exhibited strong vasodilator and/or anti-oxidant activities,and some of them possessed unusual spirocyclic benzodihydrofuran and benzofurotetrahydrofuran skeleton. Further investigation on the EtOAC extract resulted in the isolation of 10 compounds by using various chromatographic methods,and the structures of them were elucidated by chemical and spectral methods.These compounds were elucidated as 2-O-[1-(3-methylbutyryl)phloroglucinol]-β-D-glucopynanoside(1),3-β-D-glucopyrano syloxy-4,5-dimethoxy-benzoic acid(2),benzyl alcohol O-β-D-glucopyranoside(3), polydatin(4),quercetin-3-α-L-rhamnopyranoside(5),ethyl gallate(6),Benzyl 6-O-α-L-arabino furanosyl-β-D-glucopynanoside(7),lisidiside X(8),lisidiside Y(9), lisidiside Z(10).All the compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time. Compound 2,3,5,6,7 were obtained from this genus for the first time,and compounds 8,9,10 were new compounds.
