【摘要】 目的:观察加味温胆片治疗痰湿阻遏型血脂异常的临床疗效。方法:临床观察60例中医证候属于痰湿阻遏型血脂异常患者,采用随机对照法分成治疗组与对照组各30例。治疗组给予加味温胆片治疗,对照组给予血脂康胶囊治疗,疗程为4周,观察治疗前后血脂、C.反应蛋白(C-reaction proteinCRP)水平及中医证候积分改善情况。结果:经治疗4周后,加味温胆片能显著降低痰湿阻遏型血脂异常患者治疗前后总胆固醇(Total cholesterol,TC)、甘油三酯(Triglyceride,TG)水平,与血脂康胶囊对照组比较,控制血脂水平总疗效差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),并且在降低TG及升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平(High densitylipoproten-cholesterol,HDL-C)、载脂蛋白AⅠ(apol ipoproteinAⅠ,apoAⅠ)水平方面疗效与对照组相当(P＞0.05),但在降低TC、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(Lowdensi ty lipoproten-cholesterol,LDL-C)及载脂蛋白B(apol ipoproteinB,apoB)水平方面疗效不及对照组(P＜0.01或＜0.05);加味温胆片治疗组改善中医证候积分优于对照组(P＜0.05),并能显著改善头重如裹、胸闷、失眠、口淡、食少等症状(P＜0.01或P＜0.05);加味温胆片虽未能显示明显降低CRP的水平(P＞0.05),但有使CRP水平降低的趋势。结论:加味温胆片可有效降低痰湿阻遏型血脂异常患者的血脂水平,改善患者临床症状,因此可作为临床上治疗痰湿阻遏型血脂异常的理想药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of JiaWeiWenDanPian in the treatment of Phlegm-Damp Syndrome in Dyslipidemia.Methods:Sixty patients of Phlegm-Damp Syndrome in Dyslipidemia were divided into therapeutic group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases)randomly.The patients of the therapeutic group were received JiaWeiWenDanPian and in the control group were given Xuezhikang capsule.The difference of the blood lipid levels,C-reaction protein(CRP)and the syndrome of Traditional Chinese Medicine scores in all the patients were observed between pre and post treatment.Results:After 4 weeks,it showed that JiaWeiWenDanPian could decrease the level of serum Total cholesterol(TC)and Triglyceride(TG).There was no significant difference on the aspects of total therapeutic effect of blood lipid between two.the groups(P＞0.05).Compared with the level of blood lipid between two the groups,the result was evaluated there was no significant difference in lowering the level of TG and increasing the level of High-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and Apolipoprotein A I(apoA I)(P＞0.05),but the levels of TC,Low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and Apolipoprotein B(apoB)were obviously higher than those in control group(P＜0.01 or＜0.05).The improved rate of traditional Chinese medical syndrome scores in the therapeutic group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P＜0.05).The improvement of head heaviness,chest distress,insomnia,bland taste and poor appetite in the therapeutic group was superior to that in the control group(P＜0.01 or P＜0.05).There was a decreasing trend in level of CRP,but the decrease was not statistically significant(P＞0.05). Conclusion:JiaWeiWenDanPian could remarkably decrease the blood lipid level of Phlegm-Damp Syndrome in Dyslipidemia and improve clinical symptoms.So JiaWeiWenDanPian is An ideal lipid lowering agents.更多还原
