小推力液体火箭发动机试车台设计研究

【摘要】 本文结合实际需求,针对现有试车台存在的不足,设计了5~100N范围内能同时兼顾稳态和动态测试的液体火箭发动机试车台,并对其进行了仿真分析和试验考核,结果表明,其综合性能优于已有试车台。本文主要工作和成果有:1.根据5~100N范围内小推力液体火箭发动机测试的技术指标要求,选择了测试方案,并在研究分析设计中的主要技术难点的基础上,制定了可行的总体设计方案。2.根据总体设计方案,对试车台结构进行了技术设计。试车台采用大质量设计和陶瓷厚膜传感器等技术,可进行自动静态标定,具有一定的隔震、防热能力,整体结构紧凑,应用功能较为完善。3.利用有限元方法对试车台进行了结构特性仿真分析,得到了其基本性能参数。仿真结果表明,试车台具有良好的稳态和动态性能,同时满足强度要求。4.较为深入地研究分析了压力测试中引压管固有频率与管内充质、结构之间的关系,并利用有限元方法,研究分析了管内充质为水时引压管的热传导特性,得出了基本规律,为引压管的应用设计提供了依据。5.采用通用的试验分析方法,对试车台进行了动静态标定和热试车考核试验,试验结果表明,本文试车台能够很好的兼顾稳态和动态测试,具有较高的测试精度和动态性能,综合性能优于已有试车台。

【Abstract】 Combining physical demand, this paper designs a test-bench for low thrust liquid rocket engine within 5~100N to remedy the insufficiency of the test bench in existence. It can both comprise steady and dynamic test very well. The results of simulating and firing show that its all-round properties precede the test benches there have been.Main work and conclusions of this paper are as following:1. According to the technology index of the test of the low thrust liquid rocket engine within 5~100N,this paper select the measurement scheme. After the technology difficulties of the test having been studied, a general plan is established.2. This paper designs the details of test bench according to general plan. The test bench adopts big mass design and ceramic thick film sensor technology. And static state standardization can be made automatically. The test bench possesses certain shock insulation and heat shielding ability. Its monolithic structure is compact and application function is perfect.3. Utilizing finite element method, this paper simulates the test bench and found its fundamental performance parameter. Results show that the test bench possesses favorable steady and dynamic ability, and the structure can satisfy strength requirements at the same time.4. The paper reads up the relationship between free running frequency of press-leading tube and the substance in it and its structure. The paper also studies the heat conduct character of press-leading tube when the substance in it is water. The fundamentals are derived and will offer gist to the application design of press-leading tube.5. Using universal orientation analysis method, the paper assesses the test bench through dynamic and steady calibration and hot firing. Results show that this test bench comprises both steady and dynamic test very well. It presents superior measuring accuracy and dynamic properties. Its all-round properties precede the test benches there have been.
