【摘要】 股权结构一直以来都被认为是影响企业经营绩效的重要原因,对于军工企业来说同样如此。但是,军工企业因为其产品的特殊性以及由此带来的对于国家的重要性使得其与一般企业存在着差异,在股权结构多元化改革的大背景下,军工企业股权结构多元化的过程中,应当引入什么样的股东,各个股东持股量应当如何分配,都成为当前急需解决的问题。本文采用实证方法,选取有代表性的上市军工企业,对其股权结构对经营绩效的影响进行分析,认为上市军工企业股权结构目前还存在着种种问题,应当进一步实行股权结构的多元化,引入外部大股东,实现股权制衡,但是这种制衡应当是有限度的,国家在军品的掌控、涉密信息的监管以及法律法规的完善上应当发挥其应有的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Equity structure has been considered as the most important fanctor affecting performance of the firm, so it does defence firm. But owing to the particularity of the products and the significance for the state, defence firms perform different from normal firms. What should defence firm response when more and more firms introduce different shareholders? Which kinds of shareholders should be introduced? What proportion should the different shareholders possess? These have become the most important problems we are confronted with. After analysising the representative defence firms, this article deems that there are so many problems in equity structure that we should introduce more shareholders, but on the other side,the restrictions are necessary, that means, government should play an important role in the controlling the munitions,supervising the secret informations, as well as consummating the interrelated law.更多还原
