儒家“以民为本”与中国企业管理制度内在关联性研究

【摘要】 文化管理是企业管理发展的一个高级阶段,是企业追求的一种理想境界。现代企业在加强企业文化建设、推进文化管理的过程中,制度管理仍然发挥着不可替代的基础作用。正确处理制度管理与文化管理的关系,有效发挥制度管理的基础和保障作用,对企业建设和文化管理取得良好的效果至关重要。改革开放以来,我国以积极的态度引入和借鉴发达国家的先进管理技术和科学管理理论,对于加快我国管理的现代化起到了积极的促进作用。但我国在不断引进、学习西方的管理思想的同时,不能忽视我们已有的深厚文化底蕴。中华传统文化源远流长,博大精深,以孔孟为代表的儒家学说,历经两千多年漫长历史岁月,兴盛为传统文化的主流,在国民道德观念、价值取向、思维方式、行为规范乃至社会心理上打下了深深的烙印,成为塑造国民特质的主导力量。近几年来,儒家学说中管理思想对于现代管理的价值,己被越来越多的人所认识。儒学不仅在很大程度上左右着中国近代及现代企业文化构建,并且对日本、东南亚等周边国家及全世界产生着深远影响。80年代以来,亚洲经济的飞速发展和华人经济圈的兴起,引起了国内外理论界的关注和探索。不少学者和专家从文化角度解释和分析后认为,日本、韩国和新加坡等国家经济振兴的一个重要原因,就是把中国儒家思想中的有价值的东西运用到企业管理中去,形成企业精神,以成功地指导企业经营。因此,吸收儒家管理的思想精髓,对于加快企业管理现代化具有重要的意义。本文从企业对人的管理角度出发,在总结了儒家“民本”思想的内涵和现代企业管理制度对人的管理内容之后,分析了两者之间的内在关联,指出儒家“民本”思想与企业人本管理制度之间是一种蕴含与互动的关系,“民本”思想中蕴含着人本管理,人本管理中也体现了“民本”思想。“民本”思想形成人本管理,即“民本”思想是人本管理形成的依据,人本管理要反映“民本”思想的要求;人本管理强化“民本”思想,即人本管理对“民本”思想的巩固与发展有重要作用。我们要从儒家“民本”思想与企业管理制度的关系上正确理解和把握二者的融合,真正通过制度与文化互动实现企业的可持续发展。

【Abstract】 Culture management stands on a higher step in the developing process of enterprise management, also is a ideal for the enterprise. System management plays an important role and it’s vital for the enterprise construction to deal with the relationship between system management and culture management.Since the adoption of reform and opening-up policy, China has employed a positive attitude to bring in the advanced management technology and scientific management theory. This has promoted the modification of China. But at the same time, we couldn’t ignore the profound cultural heritage we already have. Chinese traditional culture is well-established, broad and profound. Confucianism, which has experienced more than 2000 years, has already been the mainstream of the traditional culture. It has deeply influenced national characteristics on whatever national moral idea, value orientation, mode of thinking, code of conduct and social psychology etc. In recent years, Confucianism’s managing idea has orientated Chinese modern culture construction and it also influences that of Japan, Southeast Asia and even all over the world. Since 1980s, the rapid development of Asia economy and the rising of CBF economic circle have attracted much attention both at home and abroad. Many scholars and experts give us the conclusion for the economic blossom of Japan, South Korea and Singapore that they have employed the valuable part of Confucianism to operate that in the enterprise managing and direct the enterprise operation. Therefore, learning to absorb the essence of Confucianism is very important to accelerate the process of the enterprise’s modernization.This article has summarized the connotation of Confucianism’s democracy theory and the content of modern managing system’s human management and also, analyzed the inner connection between them. It has pointed out that the democracy theory includes the human management and vice versa. The democracy theory has constructed the foundation of the human management and on the other hand, the human management has enforced the development of the democracy theory. Therefore, we should understand and hold the connection between them and then we can achieve the sustainable development of the enterprise.
