混合动力汽车永磁无刷起动发电集成系统的比较研究

【摘要】 本课题以永磁无刷电机作为汽车起动/发电系统的机电能量转换部件加以研究。另外,通过将当前研究集中的典型永磁无刷、交流感应ISAD系统进行对比,从对比中发现它们之间性能的异同。本文从理论和实践上对基于永磁无刷集成起动发电机的汽车ISAD系统进行了研究。首先建立了一个车用永磁无刷起动/发电机模型并对其瞬态特性进行分析,同时建立了相应的驱动控制系统模型,并进行了基于FPGA的ISAD系统数字控制器硬件的设计,然后对建立的1.5KW方波永磁无刷电机及正弦波永磁无刷电机ISAD系统进行对比,并通过试验平台的设计和调试对结果加以检验;同时对汽车应用模型进行仿真,仿真得到要达到传统2.5L V6发动机轿车0-100km/h的加速性能要求,1.8L发动机轿车需要匹配的ISAD系统用电机所需的额定功率,再之后分别建立额定功率为相应匹配值的永磁无刷、交流感应ISAD系统模型并对其进行性能分析和对比,同时将有限元分析处理后的电机模型特性数据代入到相应的汽车ISAD系统应用模型中并进行仿真,最后将得到的混合动力汽车仿真性能与之前所用的传统汽车仿真模型进行比较。

【Abstract】 In this project, the electro-mechanical energy transformation part is the permanent magnet brushless motor. Through the comparison of various based permanent magnet brushless and AC induction ISAD system, it is of practical significance for the choice, application, volume production of ISAD system.It is researched for a ISAD system based permanent magnet brushless motor from theory to practice in this project. Firstly, The model and of permanent magnet brushless motor used in hybrid vehicle was designed for transient performance simulation and analysis in this paper. A drive control system model of Integrated starter and damper (ISAD) was also designed for the performance analysis and its hardware circuit based FPGA was supplied. Secondly, Two cases were compared between square and sine wave permanent magnet brushless motor to test their ISAD performance. And then, Through the simulation and analysis of a hybrid vehicle model in used ISAD, the parameters for the electrical power was given by the 1.8L engine + ISAD system in order to meet the same acceleration performance of 2.5L engine. Next, the models of permanent magnet brushless motor and AC induction motor used in hybrid vehicle was designed for transient performance simulation and comparasion , a result was certificated in the end through the comparison of hybrid vehicle and conventional vehicle.
