【摘要】 三峡库区的传统城镇,拥有优美的环境景观、悠久的历史传统、鲜明的个性特色、丰富的文化积淀和人文景观。然而,由于三峡工程的建设,淹没了众多的土地和城市(镇),这些城市(镇)迁入新的区域后的规划建设,并没有较好的将老城的历史文脉延续下来,致使一些极富特色的景观风貌丧失,历史人文景观荡然无存,城市缺乏历史厚度。鉴于此,本文通过对库区传统城镇的街道空间环境和现代城市(镇)商业步行街空间环境进行调查研究,分析、比较传统的商业街道和现代的商业步行街在规划选址、空间布局和人文景观营造等方面的优劣,并将传统街道中优秀的空间环境营建手法运用到现代商业步行街空间环境的设计中来,为库区城市(镇)迁建新城的商业步行街的建设、改造和提高提供理论指导。首先,对三峡库区传统城镇街道空间的环境进行解析:分析了山地地理环境、传统规划观念、社会活动因素等对街道空间形态与格局的影响:研究了街道空间的形态、序列、设施及构件等方面的特征。其次,对三峡库区现代城市(镇)商业步行街的空间环境进行解析:分析了山水地理环境、现代城市规划理念、交通环境因素和经济文化因素等对现代城市商业步行街规划选址的影响;并分析了现代商业步行街在空间形态、序列、设施及市民活动等方面的特征。最后,在对库区传统城镇和现代城市(镇)商业步行街空间环境的建设现状进行优劣分析的基础上,提出传统街巷空间保护更新的原则和方法;并提出库多现代城市(镇)的商业步行街建设,可以通过充分结合自然地理环境、借鉴传统街道的空间结构模式和继承城市的历史文脉,来创造独具地域特色的商业步行街空间环境。更多还原

【Abstract】 The traditional town of Three Gorges reservoir area, with the beautiful landscape environment, a long historical tradition , the clear personality characteristics, rich cultural accumulation and the human landscape. However, due to the construction of the Three Gorges Project, a large number of lands and urban (town) have been submerged, which then moved into a new region and began planning and construction. But the new cities were not well inherited from the context of history, result in losing many very unique visual style ,and the landscape of human history were no longer exist, so as the cities were lack of historical thickness.In view of this, the article investigates and studies the space environment of reservoir area through the traditional town streets and the space environment of modern urban pedestrian streets. Analyze and compare fit and unfit of traditional and modern pedestrian streets in the planning of the site, space layout and creating a human landscape, and use the outstanding construction methods of the traditional streets space environment into the designing of the modern pedestrian streets. As to provide a theoretical guidance for the construction and reforming and improving of the future new urban (town) moving in Three Gorges reservoir area.At first, I researched the space environment feature of traditional streets in Three Gorges reservoir area: I analyzed the effect factors to the space shape and pattern of traditional streets which are mountain geographical environment, the traditional planning concepts and the social activities. And I analyzed the features of space shape, space sequence, environment equipment and Architecture components in the streets. Second, I researched the space environment feature of modern streets in Three Gorges reservoir area: I analyzed the effect factors to planning and choosing the suitable site of modern streets which are mountain geographical environment, the modern urban planning concepts, traffic environment factors, economic and cultural factors. And I analyzed the features of space shape, space sequence, environment equipment and public activities in the streets. At last, based on analyzing in pros and cons of the construction statues of space environment in both traditional streets and modern pedestrian streets, and then, I found the principles and methods to protect and update the space environment in traditional streets. And I found out that the construction of modem urban pedestrian streets in Three Gorges reservoir area could created unique space environment with geographical characteristics, which through to fully combined the natural geographical environment, learned form the space structure pattern of traditional streets, and succeed from the historical context of the city.更多还原
