【摘要】 在当前的形势下,我国的农业正处于从传统农业向现代农业转变的建设过程中,党和政府强调要把从事农业的不同群体,特别是要把从事农业生产的弱势群体,纳入到农业现代化的进程之中。农民合作社正是提高农民进入市场的组织化程度的最好形式。本文除引言和结论外,遵循从理论到实践、从抽象到具体、从国外到国内的顺序展开,分为两个部分展开,共七章。引言,包括选题背景,选题的目的和意义,以及研究的思路和方法。第一部分即第二、三章,是理论分析、国外经验。第二章是合作经济理论的文献综述,梳理和总结了合作经济的经典理论和发展变化,包括合作社的基本原则、西方的合作社理论和马克思列宁主义的合作经济理论,为分析和研究我国农民专业合作社提供了理论工具;第三章介绍了具有代表意义的世界主要国家合作经济组织的发展现状和特点,包括丹麦、美国农业合作社的发展,为研究我国农民专业合作社提供了借鉴和参考。第二部分是本文的核心,研究国内的发展,第四至第七章。第四章是在前面两章的基础上研究我国建立农民合作社的必要性,主要从四个角度进行分析,包括从农业市场化的角度、农业产业化的角度、国际环境的角度、农村文化建设的角度来论证我国建设农民专业合作社是必然趋势,是推进社会发展不可缺少的动力;第五章是研究我国的农民专业合作社。农民专业合作社是建立在家庭承包经营基础上,不改变现有生产关系,不触及农民的财产关系,是农村组织制度的一种创新,本章研究我国农民专业合作社的发展历程,发展的条件,发展的特点、运行机制。第六章研究我国农民专业合作社面临的问题,主要包括:不利的文化环境、农户与龙头企业间的平等互利问题、土地制度的制约、法律法规不健全等问题。第七章是研究促进农民专业合作社发展的路径和策略,是针对第六章中提到的问题做出了相应的对策和发展思路。最后一部分是结束语。希望本文能够对促进我国农民专业合作社的发展增添一份力量。更多还原

【Abstract】 In China, the construction of the agriculture is now changing from tradition to modernization and the government emphasizes that it is necessary to help all people that carry out agriculture take part in the agricultural modernization and increase fanners’ income. Cooperative is the best form to help farmers to enter into markets.Other than the introduction, the paper follows the logic order from abstraction to concreteness, from general to specific and from abroad to home, including two sections, which are categorized into 7 chapters.The introduction includes questions, selection of views and methods for study.Section I, the theoretical analysis and the practical successful experience of foreign countries, includes Chapter 2 and Chapter 3.Chapter 2 reviews the basic theories of cooperation economy to hackle and summarize the general theories and development change of cooperation economy which involver western classical cooperation theories and theories of Marxism cooperation economy and to provide theoretical tool and reference for analyzing and studying farmers’ special cooperative in China.; Chapter 3, through investigation and comparative study upon the changes and features of the Agricultural Cooperative Organizations in America and Denmark and provides references for development of the farmers’ specialty cooperative in China.Section II from Chapter 4 to Chapter 7. It focuses upon development of the cooperative of our country under the market economy. Chapter 4, based upon the Section I study the reasons for farmers’ cooperative development., including agriculture marketization and industrialization of the agriculture, international situation, cultural construction of the agriculture.Chapter 5 study the farmers’ specialty cooperative in China, This part study the phylogeny, the conditions and causes for farmers’ specialty cooperative development and analyzes its characteristic, operational mechanism. Chapter 6 analyzes the main problems in the cause of the development of the farmers’ specialty cooperative in today’s China.; Chapter 7 put forward the development ideas and some policy suggestions for the farmers’ specialty cooperative in China. The last paragraph is a brief summary of this thesis’s main ideas and conclusions.更多还原
