高等农业院校农学专业课程体系改革研究

【摘要】 当前,社会经济的发展对我国农学专业人才的培养提出了新的要求,学生创新意识与综合能力的培养成为农学专业人才培养的核心目标。课程体系是人才培养的主要渠道,它的合理与否直接关系到人才培养质量的高低。因此,农学专业课程体系的改革成为现代社会发展的必然要求。通过对国内外农学专业课程体系的调查研究与比较分析,结合我国农村、农业建设发展的需要,本文提出了农学专业课程体系的改革方案:农学专业“能力本位”课程体系的构建。本文共有六个部分。第一部分,导论。阐述研究的背景、意义、思路和方法,对相关概念进行界定。第二部分,国外高等农业教育课程体系改革的经验及启示。通过对国外高等农业教育课程体系改革的发展方向和趋势进行分析,并以此为借鉴,对我国农学专业课程体系改革提供参考的方向。第三部分,我国高等农业院校农学专业课程体系现状与问题及原因分析。借鉴国外高等农业教育课程体系改革经验,对比我国高等农业院校农学专业课程体系的现状,找出存在的问题,并对其产生的原因进行深层次的剖析。第四部分,高等农业院校农学专业课程体系改革的指导思想和现实依据。以“能力本位”教育思想为农学专业课程体系改革的指导思想,根据我国农村、农业经济发展及高等教育改革等现实需要对农学专业课程体系改革提出的新要求,提出农学专业“能力本位”课程体系的构建。第五部分,高等农业院校农学专业“能力本位”课程体系构建的基本原则和方法。根据我国高等农业院校农学专业课程体系现状,提出“能力本位”课程体系构建的基本原则和方法:遵循“普通教育与专业教育并重”、“科学教育与人文教育并举”、“注重基础知识教育,突出对学生能力的培养”和“国际化与本土化相结合”的基本原则;以“课程审议”为课程体系构建的基本方法。第六部分,高等农业院校农学专业“能力本位”课程体系的构建。主要从四个方面对农学专业“能力本位”课程体系的构建进行探讨:课程体系目标的厘定、课程体系结构的优化、课程体系的实施和课程体系的评价。

【Abstract】 At present, it points out new requirements in the training of agronomy professional because of the socio-economic development of China; the development of students’ innovation concience and comprehensive conpetence becomes the core objectives. Course system is the main channel, so it’s reasonable or not directly related to the quality of professional training. Therefore, the reform of course system of agronomy speciality into modern society develops inevitably request. Through to the domestic and foreign agronomy special course system investigation, study and comparative analysis, unified our country countryside, the agricultural construction need to develop, this article proposed the agronomy special course system reform plan: Construction agronomy specialty "conpetence based " course system.The present thesis is composed of the following six parts:Part 1 is the preamble and depicts the background to the study, meaning, ideas and methods.Part2 analyses experience and enlightenment of overseas higher agricultural education Course system reform. Carry on the brief introduction and the analysis to the overseas higher agricultural education Course system reform development direction and the tendency, and take this as the model, provides the reference of direction to our country agronomy special course system reform.Part 3 analyses our country higher agriculture colleges and universities agronomy special course system present situation and reason. Profits from the overseas higher agricultural education curriculum system reform experience, contrasts our country higher agriculture colleges and universities agronomy special course system the present situation, discovers the existence the question, and the reason which produces to it carries on the deep level the analysis. Part 4 points out higher agricultural colleges and universities agronomy special course system reform guiding ideology and reality basis. Take "conpetence based" the education thought as the agronomy special course system reform guiding ideology, according to countryside realities and agricultural economy development and higher education reform needs put forwards a new request which proposed to the agronomy special course system reform, proposes the agronomy specialty "conpetence based" the curriculum system construction.Part 5 points out the basic principles and methods of higher agricultural colleges and universities agronomy specialty "conpetence based" course system construction. According to our country higher agriculture colleges and universities agronomy special course system status quo, proposes "conpetence based" the curriculum system construction basic principles and the methods: follow the "both general education and professional education", "science education and humanities education simultaneously," and "focus on basic knowledge of education", the basic principle is highlighting the student ability training, and internationalization combining of and localization, considering "Construction of course" as the basic method.Part 6 construct higher agricultural colleges and universities agronomy specialty "conpetence based" course system. Mainly discussion from four aspects to the agronomy specialty "conpetence based" of the course system: the course system goal arranging, the course architecture optimization, the curriculum system implementation and the curriculum system appraisal.
