【摘要】 新课程的三级管理体制中的校本管理强调校本课程的开发与使用,围绕校本课程资源的开发和使用的校本教研和校本培训也蓬勃开展起来,并成为学校管理教师专业成长的一种重要途径和方式,得到各方面的重视与发展。同时网络的迅速发展,以及网络的开放性、自主性、广泛性等特点让我们看到网络独特的优越性,使得我们大力开展基于网络的各种培训和研究以及课程开发,成为了当前一种趋势。出现了许许多多基于网络开展的校本教研、校本培训、校本课程,同时也出现了许多基于网络的“三本”问题的研究,管理问题作为其中一个重要问题,在这些研究中都有所提及,但专门、系统、全面分析这“三本”管理问题的文章却比较少,但由于形势的发展,我们又不能忽视其必要性和在提高其效率的重要作用。因此通过查阅和研究梳理中外“三本”问题管理的资料,分析对比北碚区小学语文网络校本教研项目和北碚区中小学教师新课程国家级远程培训项目的管理工作和研修效果,结合网络环境的特殊性,分析“三本”管理存在的问题及成因,结合工作实际操作总结出:解决基于网络的“三本”管理问题的对策,基于网络的“三本”管理原则、基于网络的“三本”管理策略、基于网络的“三本”管理基本模式、基于网络的“三本”管理的具体操作。更多还原

【Abstract】 School-based management - one of the three-level management system in the New Curriculum stresses the exploitation and use of the school-based curriculum. The school-based teaching research and training that revolve around the exploitation and use of the school-based curriculum are also developing full of vitality, becoming an important way for the school to help the teachers grow up in their specialized field. Therefore, it is highly valued by many people. Meanwhile, the speedy development of the network and its openness, independence, universality make us see the unique advantages of the network, and make various training, research, and exploitation of the curriculum which are based upon the network become a trend. Many school-based teaching research, school-based training, and school-based curriculum based upon the network arose. Also, many research to the "three-based" problems based upon the network arose. The problem to the management, as an important problem in them, has been mentioned in the research. But, the articles which wholly and systematically analyze the problem are few. We cannot ignore its necessity and its important influence duo to development of the situation. By means of refemng to, researching, and carding the information on the "three-based" problems at home and abroad, according to the particularity of the network circumstances, and the practical operation in work, we have summarized the principles, strategies, essential mode, and specific operation of the "three-based" management based upon the network.更多还原
