大学生学习自由权利保障研究

【摘要】 自党的17大召开以来,和谐社会的构建成了整个社会努力的目标,在这个努力的过程中,我们必须坚持以人为本,尊重人的主体性,倡导人的全面发展新理念。整个社会的发展离不开每一个社会成员个体的发展,每个社会成员的全面发展是整个社会全面发展的内在构成部分。反映在学校这个小环境中,每一个成员的发展就变成了每一个学生的全面发展,要做到如此,我们必须给予学生充分的学习自由权利,必须给学生学习自由权利各方面的保障。而在现实中,无论在制度方面还是人们的意识方面,人们对大学生学习自由权利的保障工作做的还远远不够。如何将大学生学习自由权利的保障工作开展开来,使大学生可以有广阔的空间自由学习,使大学生得到全面发展,这些问题,不只是学生关注的问题,也不只是广大教师关注的问题,更是广大的学者和研究者以及整个社会共同关注的问题。本研究根据实际调查资料和访谈资料,并结合收集的大量相关文献,依托教育学、教育社会学等学科的基本原理,根据马克思主义以人为本发展新理念,重点对大学生学习自由权利保障的现状进行了综述,对大学生学习自由权利保障乏力的原因进行了分析,并对大学生学习自由权利保障乏力问题提出了相应的、具有一定针对性和可行性的建议。本文由绪论、正文、结束语和参考文献四大部分组成。正文由以下几大部分组成:第一部分:大学生学习自由权利保障的意义。其中首先对大学生、学习自由、学习自由权利保障进行了概念界定,然后对学习自由权利的特征进行了阐述,并对学习自由权利的发展历史进行了追溯,最后阐述了保障大学生学习自由权利的必要性和重要性。第二部分:重点对大学生学习自由权利保障的现状进行了调查分析。首先对大学生学习自由权利保障现状调查设计情况进行解释,然后对调查结果进行了分析,抽取大学生学习自由权利保障乏力的现状并对其进行了实证。第三部分:从制度、观念以及法律法规意识等维度并结合调查资料,对学习自由权利保障乏力的原因进行了分析。第四部分:对大学生学习自由权利保障乏力问题的解决提出相应的建议。首先分析了对策的理论依据,然后借鉴了国外对解决该问题的经验,最后提出了一系列具体可操作的建议。本研究也存在一些不足,由于笔者受时间、经费和研究水平的限制,加之调查的范围又很大,所以无法对大学生学习自由权利保障的现状进行全面深刻的了解,由于这个原因,在对其进行的原因分析中就有可能有失偏颇,这可能会使提出的对策的可行性和可操作性降低。由于以上因素,使得本文在深度和广度上有一定欠缺,还需进一步努力。

【Abstract】 Since the convening of the party’s 17 since the construction of a harmonious society has become the whole community, the goal of endeavor, and in the course of this effort, we must adhere to the people-centered, respect for human subjectivity, and advocate the comprehensive development of a new concept of, the whole social development is inseparable from every member of society’s development, and the members of each society is the comprehensive development of the comprehensive development of society as a whole internal components. Reflected in the small school environment, the development of each individual into every student’s all-round development, and to do so, we must give students to the right to freedom of learning, we must give students the right to freedom of the security. In reality, both in terms of system or people’s awareness, people on college students study the protection of the right to freedom of the work is still far from enough. Students can learn how to protect the rights of the work of the open, so that students can have a vast space to freedom of study, students can get all-round development of these problems, the students not only an issue of concern not only issues of concern to the majority of teachers, even the majority of scholars and researchers as well as the entire community of issues of common concern.This study based on actual survey data and interview data, combined with the large number of relevant literature collection, relying on education, education disciplines, such as sociology to the basic tenets of Marxism according to the new concept of people-centered development, focusing on college students study the protection of the right to freedom of the status quo a statement on the protection of the right to freedom of university students studying the causes of the fatigue analysis, and protection of college students lack the protection of the right to freedom of the corresponding issues and to a certain extent the viability of the proposal and targeted. Introduction This paper is, the body, conclusion, and references four major components. Text from the following major components: the first part: Students learn the meaning of the right to freedom of protection. First, one of the students, learning to learn to protect the right to freedom of the definition, then the right to freedom of learning characteristics, and explains, and the right to freedom of learning history of the development of a retrospective, the final study on the protection of the right to freedom of college students need and importance. Part II: an emphasis on students learning the protection of the right to freedom of the status of the investigation. First on the protection of the right to freedom of students learning the status quo survey design to explain the situation, and then on the findings of an analysis of college students from the weak protection of the right to freedom from the status quo and the empirical. Part III: from the system, laws and regulations as well as the concept of three dimensions combined with survey data on the protection of the right to freedom of learning the reasons for the weakness were analyzed. Part IV: the protection of the right to freedom of college students lack the resolve to make recommendations accordingly. Firstly, the theoretical basis for countermeasures, followed by a reference to the problems of foreign come true, finally put forward a series of specific operational recommendations.In this study, there are also some insufficient, because by the time the author, the level of funding and research restrictions, coupled with the scope of the inquiry is great, it is not possible to guarantee the right to freedom of students learning the status of comprehensive and profound understanding of, for that reason, in its Analysis of the reasons may be biased, may propose the measures and the feasibility of reducing operational. Since the above factors makes this article in the breadth and depth of a certain lack of needed further efforts.
