【摘要】 自党的17大召开以来,和谐社会的构建成了整个社会努力的目标,在这个努力的过程中,我们必须坚持以人为本,尊重人的主体性,倡导人的全面发展新理念。整个社会的发展离不开每一个社会成员个体的发展,每个社会成员的全面发展是整个社会全面发展的内在构成部分。反映在学校这个小环境中,每一个成员的发展就变成了每一个学生的全面发展,要做到如此,我们必须给予学生充分的学习自由权利,必须给学生学习自由权利各方面的保障。而在现实中,无论在制度方面还是人们的意识方面,人们对大学生学习自由权利的保障工作做的还远远不够。如何将大学生学习自由权利的保障工作开展开来,使大学生可以有广阔的空间自由学习,使大学生得到全面发展,这些问题,不只是学生关注的问题,也不只是广大教师关注的问题,更是广大的学者和研究者以及整个社会共同关注的问题。本研究根据实际调查资料和访谈资料,并结合收集的大量相关文献,依托教育学、教育社会学等学科的基本原理,根据马克思主义以人为本发展新理念,重点对大学生学习自由权利保障的现状进行了综述,对大学生学习自由权利保障乏力的原因进行了分析,并对大学生学习自由权利保障乏力问题提出了相应的、具有一定针对性和可行性的建议。本文由绪论、正文、结束语和参考文献四大部分组成。正文由以下几大部分组成:第一部分:大学生学习自由权利保障的意义。其中首先对大学生、学习自由、学习自由权利保障进行了概念界定,然后对学习自由权利的特征进行了阐述,并对学习自由权利的发展历史进行了追溯,最后阐述了保障大学生学习自由权利的必要性和重要性。第二部分:重点对大学生学习自由权利保障的现状进行了调查分析。首先对大学生学习自由权利保障现状调查设计情况进行解释,然后对调查结果进行了分析,抽取大学生学习自由权利保障乏力的现状并对其进行了实证。第三部分:从制度、观念以及法律法规意识等维度并结合调查资料,对学习自由权利保障乏力的原因进行了分析。第四部分:对大学生学习自由权利保障乏力问题的解决提出相应的建议。首先分析了对策的理论依据,然后借鉴了国外对解决该问题的经验,最后提出了一系列具体可操作的建议。本研究也存在一些不足,由于笔者受时间、经费和研究水平的限制,加之调查的范围又很大,所以无法对大学生学习自由权利保障的现状进行全面深刻的了解,由于这个原因,在对其进行的原因分析中就有可能有失偏颇,这可能会使提出的对策的可行性和可操作性降低。由于以上因素,使得本文在深度和广度上有一定欠缺,还需进一步努力。更多还原
