【摘要】 本研究在回顾国内外自我效能感、职业自我效能感研究动态的基础上,对影响绵阳市大学生职业自我效能感的因素进行分析,编制了绵阳市大学生职业自我效能感影响调查问卷,然后以绵阳市大学生为研究对象,以一般自我效能感量表和自编职业自我效能感问卷为研究工具,调查分析了绵阳市大学生职业自我效能感特点及其影响因素。结果表明:1、绵阳市大学生一般自我效能感的水平都低于全国普通大学生常模水平,且差异显著。2、绵阳市大学生职业自我效能感的平均数水平,在年级上差异并不显著,呈现出大四学生最高,大二学生最低的现象。3、绵阳市大学生文科生职业自我效能感平均数低于理科生,但差异不显著。4、绵阳市境内高校城市籍大学生职业自我效能感的平均水平比乡村籍学生高,但差异未达到显著水平。5、绵阳市大学生职业自我效能感的水平在家庭结构上、是否独生子女上差异不显著。6、个体的性格、情绪、外貌、健康、人生目标、成功经验、可控性、归因、耐挫力、挑战性、家庭人际关系、父母教养态度和教养方式、对学校的满意度、社会支持、社会榜样等项目与绵阳市大学生职业自我效能感相关显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the research on the Self-efficacy Sensation and career Self-efficacy Sensation from both domestic and abroad, this survey will mainly analysize the factors that influence the career Self-efficacy Sensationof the college students in Mianyang City, and we have tabulated the related questionaire that is mainly on the aspect of the career Self-efficacy Sensation of the college students in Mianyang City. After that , we will take the college students in Mianyang City as subjects , the general self-efficacy sesensation table and the self-compiled self-efficacy sensation questionair as the tool, so as to analysize the characteristics and its related factor of the career Self-efficacy Sensation among the students in Mianyang City. The result shows that:1、the general Self-efficacy Sensation of the students in Mianyang City is lower that that of the national average, and the distinction is extremely notable.2、the career Self-efficacy Sensation in the students in Mianyang City is on average not so obvious in terms of Grade , showsing that the senior students are the toppest and the sophomore the lowest..3、the career Self-efficacy Sensation of the students in Mianyang City is that the arts students are lower than that of the science students on average, but it is not very not obvious.4、the career Self-efficacy Sensation of the students in Mianyang City is that the students from the city is higher that the students from the country, but the difference is lower that the average level.5、the career Self-efficacy Sensation of the students in Mianyang City is not obvious in terms of familiy structure and being sole child or not.6、the career Self-efficacy Sensation of the students in Mianyang City still influenced by the following factors: character, mood, appearance , state of health, goal, successful experience, possiblity of control, impetus, ability to face setback, challenge, relations among family members , the way of parents to their child , the degree of students to their school, the support from the society, the good example of the society,etc.更多还原
