中职学生自主能力培养问题研究

【摘要】 职业教育是国家教育事业的重要组成部分,是促进社会经济发展和劳动就业的重要途径。社会经济发展的需要要求职业教育可持续发展,职业学校培养出的学生也要具备可持续发展的能力。因此,我们必须培养学生自主能力。自主能力是人的可持续发展能力,是人终身发展的不可或缺的能力,是学生获得自主发展的保障。学生的自主能力发展水平愈高,他就愈能充分地获得发展。职业教育是国家教育事业的重要组成部分,是促进社会经济发展和劳动就业的重要途径。学生自主能力,是职业教育生存与发展的关键因素,对地区职业教育和经济发展均起着至关重要作用。近年来,荣昌职业教育中心办学规模逐年扩大,办学条件逐步改善,办学水平得到提高。然而,大量统计数据和调查资料表明:学生自主能力问题已经成为制约荣昌职业教育中心教育水平发展的瓶颈。问题主要反映在:以人为本的教育理念还未完全确立;德育中过分强调灌输与控制;教学上,以学科、课堂、教师为中心,学生被动;在学生管理方面,过分强调他律,强调惩罚,引导和帮助不够,疏导的经验和能力不够,有时怕学生做不好,为了省事就大包大揽,提供给学生自我教育和服务的空间不够;在学生交往上,学校提供的教育,课堂的多,校内的多,校外的少;中职校的生源特点也是重要原因。基于上述对荣昌职业教育中心学生自主能力问题的分析框架,要培养中职学生自主能力培养,应采取以下实践策略:第一,树立新的教育理念。只有在统一的理念指导下,才可以确保学校的教育教学围绕目标,切合实际地开展工作,创建有利于自主能力培养的环境,培养自主能力强,综合素质良好的中职学生。第二,形成自我完善的德育工作体系,培养学生自我教育能力。重点从以下几个方面着手:重建新的道德精神,努力生成新的道德主体;形成了自我完善的德育工作体系,塑造中职学生主体性人格;开展适合中职学生的系列主题活动。第三,形成自我发展的教学管理体系,培养学生自主学习能力。主要建立弹性学习制度,逐步推行学分制和选修制,改进教学方式,改革评价机制,建立促进学生自主学习的管理机制。第四,形成自我管理的生活实践体系,培养学生自我服务能力。第五,开展班级文化建设和职业指导和创业教育,提高学生交往能力。

【Abstract】 Vocational education, the essential component of national education, is an important way to improve the economic development and employment. The needs of Socio-economic development are asking sustainable development of vocational education as well as the students that the vocational school has been trained. Therefore, we must foster students’ ability to study on their own. The ability of autonomy is a human capacity for sustainable development, life and an indispensable capability, and students to obtain protection for self-development. Students of the higher level of autonomy to develop, the better he can fully access to the development of vocational education, and it is the cause of national education an important part of the promotion of socio-economic development and employment in an important way. Consequently, the cultivation of student’ autonomy is the key factor of existence and development of vocational education, which plays an essential role of regional vocational education and economic development.In recent years, the scale has been enlarged year after year, and the educational level has been promoted. However, a great number of statistics reveal that student’ autonomy problems have become the bottle neck of RongChang Vocational Education Center. These problems include the people-centered concept of education has not been fully established; emphasis on instilling and controlling in moral education; In teaching, teacher-centered, students is passive; In management, emphasis on rule and punishment, and guide, help and persuasive not enough; In social communication, there are many lessons in the class instead of outside; the features of the students which places come from is an important reason.On the basis of the framework of analysis to the problems of RongChang Vocational Education Center, in order to construct the vocational students’ autonomy , the following practical strategies should be adopted.First of all, establish a new educational concept. Only under the guidance of the concept of unity, we can ensure education and teaching in schools around the goal realistic to carry out its work, creating a favorable environment in order to cultivating complete autonomy and comprehensive quality’ students. Secondly, the formation of moral education system is in order to foster student’ ability to self-education. Focus on the following several aspects: New moral and spiritual renewal to generate new moral principal part; Formed a self-improvement for moral education system to finger the main personality for vocational students; develop the series topic activities that t Suit for students in vocational school. Thirdly, the development of a self-teaching management system and train the students to self-learning capability. Mainly built flexible learning system, and gradually implement the credit system and the elective system, improve teaching methods and evaluation mechanism reform, the establishment of independent study for students of management mechanism. Fourthly, the formation of life self-management practice system and cultivate the students to self-service capacity. Fifthly, develop class cultural construction and vocational guidance and entrepreneurship education to improve the ability of communication for students.
