教育学硕士研究生就业中的问题及对策研究

【摘要】 本文按照提出问题、分析问题、解决问题的思路对目前我国教育学硕士研究生就业中的问题进行了分析,并试图探明原因,寻找可能的建设性措施。自1978年我国恢复研究生招生培养制度和1981年实施学位制度以来,我国研究生教育事业迅速发展。至今已过了20多年。20多年来,在改革开放的宏观背景下我国研究生教育取得了长足发展,特别是进入新千年以来,研究生教育规模呈现出发展的高峰期,研究生年报名数、年招生数和年录取数都在大幅度增加。但另一方面,研究生的就业问题日益凸显并正在引起社会越来越多的关注,有关研究生就业的文章层出不穷。但是,从学科角度出发研究其毕业生就业的文献并不多。其中,关于教育学研究生就业的文献就甚少。作为教育学专业的研究生,在潜心研究各种教育问题并为之出谋划策的同时,我们有必要认真关注下自身的就业问题,这也是这个专业存在的现实价值。由于目前硕士研究生的就业问题远远多于博士研究生,所以本文主要研究教育学硕士研究生就业中的问题及对策。从理论意义上讲,本研究通过研究教育学硕士研究生就业问题,力争对教育学的学科地位、学科特点等形成进一步的认识,特别是在市场经济环境下,对教育学的学科发展和时代使命做出进一步的探讨。另一方面,本研究是对目前紧缺的教育学研究生就业研究文献的充实,对缓解高校毕业生就业问题的一种探索;从现实意义上说,本研究有望对教育学硕士研究生顺利就业提供一定的合理化建议,为高等学校调整教育学学科和专业设置提供重要的依据。本研究以实证研究为主,采用个案调查和访谈法,同时结合相关文献分析。通过个案调查和访谈发现,教育学硕士研究生就业中的问题突出表现在:供需错位。形成这一问题的原因主要有:①我国现阶段劳动就业状况和产业结构调整;②教育学的学科地位和自身建设现状;③毕业生复杂的求职心态;④用人单位过于务实的用人态度;⑤现行相关法规环境的不利影响。笔者在对既往研究进行总结的基础上,针对教育学硕士研究生就业中存在的问题,对如何缓解这一问题提出了相应的思考:①加强教育学学科和专业建设;②毕业生个人调整求职策略;③用人单位建立合理的招聘态度;④积极探索创业之路。只有通过政府、高校、用人单位、毕业生自身各方面的共同努力,才能有效改善教育学硕士研究生就业的现状。

【Abstract】 This dissertation follows the ideas of proposing, analyzing and solving the problem, analyzes the problem in employment of Pedagogy postgraduates, tries to discover the reasons for the problems, and finds the possible solution to these problems.Since the government restored the enrollment system and training system of graduate student in 1978, and restored the degree system of graduate student in 1981, postgraduate education has been developing rapidly. Until now, 20 years have passed. For more than 20 years, on the reform and open policy macroscopic background, China’s postgraduate education has gained long-term development. Especially since the beginning of the new millennium, the development of postgraduate education has appeared a peak period. The population of registration, recruitment and enrollment of postgraduates increases largely. But on the other hand, the problem of graduate employment is becoming increasingly prominent and gaining more and more attention. The articles about the postgraduate employment mushrooms at home and abroad various academic journals. But articles about the employment of Pedagogy postgraduates are very few. As Pedagogy postgraduates, while concentrate on research of all kinds of education questions and seek for solution for these questions, we have the necessity to pay attention to our own employment question earnestly. It is also the real value of majoring in Pedagogy. Because research on the employment of postgraduates majoring Pedagogy is very few, and the employment problem of postgraduates is more than the doctoral students, this dissertation is mainly studying the employment problems and countermeasures of Pedagogy postgraduates.From the theoretical sense, based on the research on the employment problems of Pedagogy postgraduates, this dissertation strives to form the further understanding of the discipline status and discipline characteristics of Pedagogy. Especially in the market economy environment, this dissertation tries to makes the further discussion about the discipline development and time mission of Pedagogy. On the other hand, this dissertation enriches the research literature on the employment of Pedagogy postgraduates, and has the possibility to alleviate the employment problems of Pedagogy postgraduates. From the actual sense, this dissertation is expected to provide reasonable suggestion for successful employment of Pedagogy postgraduate, and provide important support for discipline construction and profession establishment of Pedagogy.Based on the empirical study, this dissertation adopted case study, interview and literate together. By the investigation on the postgraduate A and interview, this dissertation finds that the main problem exiting in the process of employment of Pedagogy postgraduate is the unmatched supply and demand. The reasons for this problem are: i the current Labor and employment situation and readjustment of the industrial structure; ii disciplines status and self-construction status of Pedagogy; iii complex Job mentality of graduates; iv too practical manner of employers; v the adverse effects of present related laws and regulations environment. Based on the former literate research, in view of the problem exiting the process of employment of Pedagogy postgraduate, this dissertation proposes corresponding consideration: i Strengthening the building of Pedagogy; ii graduate individual adjusts their employment strategy; iii employers establish a rational attitude towards the recruitment; iv actively exploring the road of entrepreneurship. Only by government, universities, employers and graduates individuals, can the present employment situation of Pedagogy postgraduates be improved.
