秦山第二核电厂物理启动试验优化探讨

【摘要】 核电厂物理启动试验是核电厂换料大修工作中的一项大型的、综合性的试验,是一项长期的、必不可少的内容,倍受国家核安全局和电厂的关注和重视。与国际上的同行相比,国内在这方面的工作还比较落后:一方面,我们还没有确立一套完整的试验内容和方法的法规和标准,另一方面,当前我们采用的许多物理启动试验方法都比较老,虽然能够满足试验本身的要求,但是试验过程相对比较复杂,也比较费时,试验成本较高。在当前逐步重视核电厂的经济效益的情况下,如何在确保安全的前提下,优化物理启动试验,缩短试验所占用的时间,从而提高电厂的负荷因子和经济效益,是一个非常迫切的问题,意义重大。近些年来,国际上已经形成了一套比较系统的物理启动项目,并开发出了一系列新的试验方法,并得到了较好的应用。这为我们进行物理启动试验的优化探讨提供了经验和借鉴。然而,国内的技术水平、特别是大型设计程序的水平与国外核电先进国家相比还有很大的差距,我们不可能完全依照他们的方法来做优化。故本文在充分考虑国内现有的技术水平和设计程序软件的基础上,试着从启动物理试验项目确定、物理试验方法优化、试验数据处理优化三个方面出发,并借鉴国外研究经验,寻求适合于国内商业核电厂应用的具体的物理启动试验项目方案和优化的试验方法,以便在满足核安全法规要求和电厂安全稳定运行的基础上,尽可能提高核电厂的运行经济性,提升核电厂的竞争力。

【Abstract】 Start-up nuclear physical test in nuclear power plant is a series of large-scale, comprehensive tests, and is a long-term and essential element. So it is greatly concerned by both the National Nuclear Safety Administration and the plant.With the development in recent years, a relatively systematic physical start-up project has formed in international community, and many new test methods have been developed. However, we, now in our country, are still lack of a clear project of the regulations of the minimum items and contents. At the same time, the methods we are using now are outdated, although they can meet the demands, the trial processes are relatively complicated and time-consuming comparatively. Under the circumstance that nowadays the NPPs gradually take account of the economic benefits, as stand-alone capacity of nuclear power generating units is quite large, from the point of view to increase the unit load factor, the optimization of the physical tests is very urgent and is of profound significance.Therefore, this paper tries to research from three aspects of the confirmation of test contents, physical test optimization and test data processing optimization, and seek a set of suitable project of start-up physical tests and test methods suiting for domestic commercial NPPs, on the basis of the foreign research experiences and fully taking into account the existing domestic technological level and design software. Therefore, we can improve the economy of the operation of the nuclear power plants and enhance the competitiveness of nuclear power plants, after meeting the requirements of nuclear safety regulations and the safety and stableness requirements of NPPs.
