现代企业和谐力的生成与优化

【摘要】 和谐是事物内外各种因素及矛盾激化、协调、融合、创新、升华的动态过程,和谐是事物存在发展的最佳状态,是事物良性发展的动力之源。企业的和谐就是企业组织系统内外部诸要素之间的稳定平衡、协同有序和生机勃勃的状态以及由和谐到不和谐再到新的和谐的发展过程,其间形成的合力即为和谐力。和谐是企业的发展目标和基本特征,和谐力是企业赖以发展的内在力量。现代企业和谐力是企业作为市场竞争主体在处理内外各种利益关系时所体现出来的综合协调能力,是企业除作为技术、资金、产品等硬件竞争因素之外的一种软性道德竞争力。现代企业和谐力得以确立的依据主要有:一是理论依据,即系统理论、正和博弈理论和可持续发展理论为其提供了理论上的可能性,二是现实依据,即增强企业和谐力不仅是企业发展的内在需求,而且具有社会现实价值,是企业自身和社会发展的共同要求。增强企业和谐力的关键是要把握和谐力生成的具体机制和优化的主要途径。具体的生成过程是企业内部合聚力、外部信誉力和未来持续力的有机统一,是人、企业、社会、自然等基本要素之间有序互动的良性发展过程,是人道、自由、奉献、责任、诚信、互惠、适度、有序、效益等价值取向的选择和实施。企业和谐力如果能够生成并逐步强大,就能极大促进企业员工、企业以及整个社会的和谐发展,发挥其应有的价值推动作用。企业和谐力属于一种道德竞争合力,需要借助各种因素在实践中不断加以改善和优化。首先要加强企业伦理观教育,提高企业人员的伦理道德素质,增强他们的和谐意识和观念,为企业和谐力的优化奠定思想基础;其次要强化企业制度化管理,主要是建立有效的法规制度、建立适当的激励机制和有序的评价体系。制度是企业的硬性管理,它与教育的软性管理相结合,使企业和谐力这一理想目标和精神原则能够真正渗透到企业的行为实践和运行机制中去并最终取得实际效果;最后要培养企业的习惯行为。企业和谐力的生成与优化不仅要依靠教育灌输和制度约束,而且需要培养企业的行为习惯,在企业具体的活动过程中培养、锻造和谐力,和谐力是一种价值目标,只有最终落实到具体、细化的行为活动之中才能取得真正实效。培养企业的习惯行为,企业就要力求做到工作环境人道化、产品设计科学化和消费行为合理化,将现代企业崇高的价值理念和追求渗透到具体的行为实践中,避免大而空的泛泛而谈和理论说教,使其能够得到履行和贯彻,并获得固定的形式成为企业的一种行为习惯。

【Abstract】 The harmony is the dynamic process of all kinds of factors and the contradiction of the intensiveness, coordination, fusion, innovation, and sublimation, and also is the optimum condition of existence and development. The harmony is substantive characteristics of the thing and the basic power source of development. Enterprise harmony is in the condition of equilibrium, coordination order and fulls of vitality between internal and external various essential factors of the system, and it is the developing process from not harmony to harmony and to new harmony again, and harmonious strength is formed. The harmony is enterprise’s essential feature, then the harmonious strength is the main strength of enterprise development.Modern enterprise harmonious strength is the synthesis coordinated ability manifested of the enterprise when processing each interest relations as the market competition main body, and is one kind of soft moral competitive power except hardware competition factors of technology, fund, product and so on. The basis of the modern enterprise harmonious strength established is mainly: first, the theory basis, providing theory possibility for it,includes the system theory, just and the gambling theory and the sustainable development theory have; second, the reality basis, and strengthening the construction of enterprise harmonious strength is not only enterprise’s intrinsic rules, and also has the realistic necessity, and it is the request of the enterprise own and the social development. The key of carrying on the harmonious strength construction is to grasp the production mechanism and the optimized main way of harmonious strength.The concrete production process is the organic unification of the interior gathering strength, the exterior prestige strength and the future sustaining power, and is the orderly interaction and benignity developing process between the human, the enterprise, the society, and the nature, and is contradictory movement of the basic elements and the effective factors including the humanity, the freedom, the offer, the responsibility, the good faith, the reciprocal benefit, fair, the order, the benefit and so on .If the enterprise harmonious strength can produce and gradually be formidable, it can enormously promote the enterprise staffs, the enterprise as well as the entire society’s into harmony development, playing its proper value promotion effect. The enterprise harmonious strength belongs to one kind of moral competition joint effort, and needs to draw support from each kind of factor to perform to improve and to optimize unceasingly in reality. First, strengthen ethics view education of the enterprise to improve the enterprise personnel’s ethics moral quality and strengthen their harmonious consciousness and the idea, laying the ideological foundation for the enterprise harmonious strength’s optimization; next, strengthen the enterprise institution management, including mainly the establishment of effective laws and regulations system, the establishment of suitable incentive mechanism and the order appraisal system. The system, the enterprise’s rigid management, unifying with the education soft management, can cause the enterprise harmonious strength of this ideal target and the energetic principle to seep truly to enterprise’s behavior practice and the operational mechanism to obtain the actual result finally; finally raise the enterprise’s custom behavior. The enterprise harmonious strength’s production and the optimization not only needs to depend upon the education to instill into the system restraint, moreover needs to raise enterprise’s behavior custom, which can raise and forge harmonious strength in the enterprise concrete active procedure, and because the harmonious strength is one kind of value goal, it is only carried out concretely during the refinement behavior activity to be able finally to obtain the true actual effect. To raise the enterprise’s custom behavior, the enterprise must make every effort to achieve the humanity of the working conditions, the scientific product design and the rational consumer behavior, and seeps the modern enterprise lofty value idea and the pursuit to the concrete behavior practice, and avoids big and spatial speaking in generalities and the rigid theorizing of the theory in order to obtain the fulfillment and the implementation, and to be the enterprise’s one behavior custom in the fixed form.
