东方百合鳞茎发育的激素与蛋白调控

【摘要】 本研究以东方百合主栽品种‘索蚌’为试材,在原有的鳞茎养分代谢研究基础上,对东方百合鳞茎发生、发育时期的内源激素及淀粉合成酶展开研究,为明确百合鳞茎发生与发育的调控机制奠定基础,并为最终解决百合鳞茎的国产化繁育提供理论依据。主要试验研究结果如下:1.夏季高温、高湿环境适合百合鳞片的气培法扦插,16天后小鳞茎繁殖系数为273.47%。2.在百合小鳞茎形成与膨大过程中,ZR是诱导鳞茎形成因素之一;IAA、GA3促进百合鳞茎形成;ABA、JA强烈抑制鳞茎的形成。ADPG焦磷酸化酶、可溶性淀粉合成酶SSS、Q酶均与小鳞茎的形成密切相关。3.在百合鳞茎发育过程中,IAA促进鳞茎膨大作用显著;GA3直接或通过促进IAA合成进而促进鳞茎膨大;ZR在百合鳞茎膨大发育过程中调控作用较小;ABA、JA通过加速地上部衰老,促进养分向地下部转移来促进鳞茎的膨大发育。ADPG焦磷酸化酶与可溶性淀粉合成酶SSS是外层鳞片淀粉合成的关键酶;内层鳞片鳞茎膨大发育过程中,SSS与淀粉含量之间相关性最高,是控制内层鳞片淀粉积累的关键酶。各种内源激素与淀粉合成酶在以11月1日作为采收期进行测定时,含量均大幅下降,证明此时已经进入鳞茎养分消耗期。
【Abstract】 This dissertation was performed to investigate the endogenous hormones and protein changes during bulb formation and development of Lilium ’Oriental Hybrids’ (cv. ’Sorbonne’) on the base of the former researches. Through the experiment, it will lay the foundation of control mechanism during bulblet’s formation and bulb development. It will also contribute to provide a theoretical basis on commercial bulbs producing in our country. The main results were summarized as follow:1. High temperature and high humidity environment are propitious to induce new bulbs from Lily’s cutting scales in summer. The percentage of scales that forming tubers is 273.47% after 16 days.2. The results were concluded as the contents of IAA, ZR and GA3 accelerated to form the new bulblets. ABA and JA were regarded as the strong inhibitors during the bulb formation. Three kinds of enzymes are all closely related to the bulblet formation.3. During bulb development, IAA and GA3 were the hormones which promote bulb develop. ABA and JA accelerated aging of the aboveground part, and transferred nutrition to the underground, but ZR had a little relationship with bulb expansion. In the exterior scale, Correlation analysis showed that ADPGPase and SSSase were the key enzymes for starch synthesis. In the interior scale, the SSSase activity had high relevant with the starch, it was the key enzyme for synthesizing starch in bulb development. When we took November 1st as the harvest period, the content of endogenous hormones and the activity of the starch synthesis have dropped greatly, the results show that the bulb has been in nutrient consuming phase.
