真空平板玻璃风荷载应力研究

【摘要】 真空玻璃作为二十一世纪新型透光保温材料以其优良的抗老化性能、保温性能、可见光透过和红外光反射性能而独占鳌头。对真空平板玻璃展开系统的研究,使其在未来的节能降耗领域发挥巨大作用,其中研究真空平板玻璃在外界自然环境作用下的应力是当前主要的研究工作。本文的研究对于真空玻璃在实际运用过程中有一定的实用价值,对于真空玻璃在我国的研究和推广,有一定的社会和经济价值。本文对真空平板玻璃在风荷载条件下作了系统的、详实的理论研究和实验研究,对真空平板玻璃特有的支撑结构进行了支撑应力场研究,同时,成功地测试出了真空平板玻璃在风荷载作用下的最大和最小应力点。支撑结构应力的研究对优化真空平板玻璃的支撑结构,增加其强度和可靠性,提高其使用寿命,都具有重要意义。(1)本文对真空平板玻璃实际工作环境进行了模拟,得出了外部风速可改变真空平板玻璃应力分布的结论,这对于材料测试标准中环境参数的制定提供了重要的依据。(2)运用Matlab软件进行编程,在程序提示下,通过输入真空平板玻璃风压计算所需的参数值,得出真空玻璃所承受的风压。(3)用结点法及单、重三角级数法建立真空平板玻璃应力分布数学模型。(4)本文用有限元法分析已建立的数学模型,利用ANSYS软件分析整块真空玻璃的应力应变场,得出了精确的应力分布彩图,直观地表达了真空平板玻璃在封边处、支撑处、支撑柱之间的连线中点处等重要部位的应力分布,并得出理论计算与软件分析基本一致的结果。

【Abstract】 As new-style, non-light tight and insulated material of the 21st century the vacuum glass head the list of successful candidates by virtue of excellent resistance to ageing, thermal retardation, permeation of visible light and reflection of infrared light. The vacuum plate glass was systematically researched, which played a tremendous role in future field of saving energy reducing loss. Researching on stress of the vacuum glass under external action of natural environment is the main research work today. This research on the vacuum glass in the process of actual operation had some practical value, which had some social and economic value on research and promotion of the vacuum glass in our country.This article made systematic, detailed theoretical research and experimental study on the vacuum plate glass in the condition of wind load. Specific supporting structure of the vacuum plate glass was researched on supporting stress field. Meantime, Maximal and minimal stress points of the vacuum flat glass were triumphantly tested on the different conditions of wind load. Researching on stress of structural support had significant meaning to optimizing structural support of the vacuum plate glass, increasing strength, increasing reliability and service life.(1) This article simulated actual work environment of the vacuum plate glass. The conclusion that supporting stress of the vacuum plate glass was changed by external wind velocity was obtained. Important evidence was provided for establishing environmental parameters of test standards of materials.(2) Matlab software was used in programming. Under the procedure presentation, the wind pressure received by the vacuum glass was obtained through inputting parameters of wind pressure calculation of the vacuum plate glass.(3)Adopting the node method and single, multi-ply trigonometric series method to establish mathematical model of stress distribution of the vacuum plate glass(4)This article analyzed the mathematical model by the finite element method. Deformation field of stress of the whole vacuum glass was analyzed by ANSYS. The colored pictures of accurate stress distribution were obtained. Stress distribution of the important side is immediately expressed such as sealing side, supporting side and supporting pole, and the basic coincident result of the theories calculation and the software analysis were obtained.
