基于KML格式开滦煤矿土地利用信息系统研究

【摘要】 随着3S(GIS、RS、GPS)技术在各行各业的应用与发展,对于矿区的土地利用信息的管理,由于矿区土地分布零散、属性复杂、管理复杂等特点,采用传统的管理系统办法显然已跟不上社会和经济发展的需要。为此,本文利用GIS技术把矿区土地利用信息的空间数据信息与属性数据信息相结合,并利用空间数据库进行管理的基础上,利用GIS二次开发功能,开发出基于KML格式的开滦煤矿土地利用信息系统,使土地利用信息以各种直观图形、图表等方式显示出来。并且利用GIS的空间分析功能,挖掘隐藏在数据背后的信息,为科学分析矿区的土地利用信息起到重要的辅助作用。本文主要介绍了地理信息系统的空间分析方法、数字地球平台及具有代表性的Google Earth、空间数据交换标准KML、新型的网络地学信息访问模式(G/S)及地理信息系统开发的关键技术,包括:组件式GIS技术、ArcGIS体系结构及其二次开发方式、Visual Studion.NET开发平台、以及空间数据库相关技术。总体设计思路是基于ArcGIS Engine提供的空间数据处理、空间分析等组件,利用可视化开发平台.NET进行信息系统的开发。该系统的主要功能包括地图浏览、矢量图层的查询及统计计算、专题图的输出以及缓冲区分析、叠置分析等GIS空间分析功能。对于系统中的部分简单的GIS功能,如地图放大、缩小、移动等,直接调用ArcGIS Engine提供的工具按钮实现,对于空间分析、统计量算功能,则通过调用ArcGIS Engine组件库中的相关接口中的方法,结合VB.NET编程实现。同时本系统集成了Global Mapper和Google Earth,利用Global Mapper把空间数据转换成KML格式,通过GoogleEarth进行科学可视化展示。本系统的研制,充分利用了面向对象开发语言和组件式GIS开发技术来搭建,有效地提高了应用型地理信息系统的开发效率,且具有良好的用户界面和较为完善的功能。本文为开滦煤矿土地利用信息系统的研究探索了一条新的途径,将为矿区土地利用信息的科学管理与决策提供有力的技术支持。

【Abstract】 With the development on 3S (GIS、RS、GPS) technology in the application, Using traditional management systems approach has clearly failed to keep pace with social and economic development needs for the distribution of land mines scattered, complex attributes, management of complex features. So, By using GIS technology to integrate the spatial data and attribute data of the mining land use information and on the basis of using space database management system, using GIS secondary development capabilities to developed mining area land use information systems to make land-use a variety of information visual graphics, tables and charts way out. //And using the spatial analysis functions of GIS and taping the information hidden behind in the data has played an important supporting role for scientific analysis of land mine use of informationThis paper introduces GIS spatial analysis methods , Digital Earth platform and Google Earth is a representative , Spatial data exchange standards KML ,the network access model of new geo-information, and the key technology of development of geographic information system, include:Component GIS technology, ArcGIS architecture and secondary development approach, Visual Studion.NET development platform, and spatial database technology. It is the Design ideas than using visualization development platform. NET to development the information systems of mining area land use based on these components spatial data processing, spatial analysis than ArcGIS Engine provide. The system’s main function include map browsing, vector layer enquiries and statistics, , as well as the output of thematic maps and the buffer zone analysis, overlay analysis, factor analysis, GIS spatial analysis functions. The spatial analysis, statistics operator functions were programmed with VB.NET by calling ArcGIS Engine components in the relevant methods in the interface. The system also integrates Global Mapper and Google Earth software, convert file of sptial data into file of KML format by using Global Mapper,display the data by Google Earth.Development of the system, made full use of object-oriented development language and the development of component-based GIS technology to build, effectively improving the application of geographical information systems development efficiency, and has a good user interface and better functionality.In this paper, explore a new way for the systems study of KAILUAN mining area land use of information and provide strong technical support for mining land use scientific information management and decision-making.
