胶粉改性沥青及其粘层应用技术研究

【摘要】 众所周知,高等级公路层间结合一直是广大公路工作者关心和研究的问题之一。由于基面层间结合薄弱易产生滑移,从而造成路面破坏严重。为此,本文在参考国内外大量相关文献和使用经验的基础上,结合327国道山东省泗水段沥青路面的施工,开展胶粉改性沥青的性能和粘层应用技术研究。1)在胶粉掺量为15%的情况下,分别选择30目、40目、60目和80目的胶粉对基质沥青进行改性,对比在胶粉细度不同的情况下改性沥青的感温、高温和低温等性能,得出40目的胶粉改性沥青性能最好。据此,采用40目的胶粉分别在不同胶粉掺量下分析其对改性沥青性能的影响,结果表明,随着胶粉掺量的增加,温感性降低,高温、低温和抗老化性能都得到了改善,且延度呈抛物线关系变化,当胶粉掺量为15%时,达到峰值34.2cm。由此,综合各项性能的改善情况,确定胶粉最佳掺量为15%。2)为了进一步确定胶粉的最佳掺量,分别对基质沥青和不同胶粉掺量的改性沥青进行了SHRP试验,分析了胶粉沥青改性后的高温性能和低温性能,结果表明改性后的高温性能和低温性能都得到了改善,与常规试验结果一样,得出胶粉掺量在15%时改性沥青的改性性能最好。同时,对改性沥青进行了红外光谱分析,结果表明加入胶粉以后增大了分子活动的位阻,从而减小了分子的活性使沥青抗老化性能增强。3)运用弹性层状体系理论和BISAR3.0程序,结合试验路的路面结构对层间不同结合状态进行了受力分析。得出基面层的结合状态是影响路面使用性能的关键因素之一,随着层间结合状态由完全连续向滑动变化时,应力水平会一直增大,不利于路面结构的使用。4)在室内进行了粘层抗剪切试验和拉拔试验,随着粘层洒布量的增加,粘层抗剪和抗拉拔呈单峰抛物线关系,且都在洒布量为1.6kg/m2达到峰值。结果得出了胶粉改性沥青粘层的最佳洒布量是1.6kg/m2。据此,在山东济宁国道327泗水段进行了胶粉改性沥青粘层试验路施工,并进行了现场施工质量监控和质量检测。结果表明,随着洒布量的增大,粘层的抗剪和拉拔同样在1.6kg/m2达到峰值。总之,本文研究提出的胶粉改性沥青性能评价指标、施工工艺及其在粘层中的应用,为胶粉改性沥青的进一步推广应用提供了合理的参考。

【Abstract】 It is well known that the binding among pavement layers is always one of the interesting and researching problems for the great majority of highway workers. Since the weak binding condition between base and surface will produce slide easily, many distresses will be happened on pavement. Therefore, based on many relative references and application experiences at home and abroad, the performances of rubber-powder modified asphalt and application technologies of its bonding layer are researched in accordance with the bonding layer construction of asphalt pavement in the National Haighway of No. 327 in Sishui county of Shandong Province.1) At the 15% amount of rubber-powder, the rubber-powders of 30, 40, 60 and 80 eyes are selected to modify with the matrix asphalt. Then the tests of the asphalt technical indexes are studied, and the performances of temperature sensitivity, high temperature and low temperature are compared. The results show that the performance of rubber-powder modified asphalt in 40 eyes is best. Accordingly, the performance influences of modified asphalt are analyzed in the different mix amounts of the 40 eyes of rubber-powder. The results show that, with the increasing amounts of rubber-powder, the temperature sensitivity is decreased, and all the performances of high temperature, low temperature and anti-aging have improved. The ductility changing likes parabolic curve, when the mixing amounts of rubber-powder reached 15%, the ductility at the top point is 34.2cm. So, the optimal amounts of rubber-powder are 15% in accordance with all performances.2) In order to make further determination of the optimal amounts of rubber-powder, the SHRP tests are carried out for the matrix asphalt and the modified asphalt in different mix amounts of rubber-powder. The performances of high temperature and low temperature of rubber-powder modified asphalt are analyzed. The results show that the performances are improved and as same as the ordinary tests, and 15% amounts of rubber-powder is best. At the same time, the infrared spectra is analyzed for the rubber-powder modified asphalt. The results show that the molecular resistance is increased and the molecular active reduced with the increase of the amounts of rubber-powder, so its anti-aging performance will increase.3) The theory of Elastic Layered System and the program of BISAR 3.0 are applied to analyze the mechanical responses for the different binding conditions among layers with the pavement structure in trial road. It shows that the binding conditions between base and surface is one of key factors of the influence of pavement performances. The stress level will increase continuously with the changing of the binding conditions among layers from complete binding to slide, and it is bad for the pavement structure.4) The labor anti-shearing and pulling tests are carried out. The results show that the relations of anti-shearing and the pulling stresses changed like parabolic curve with the increase of the spraying amounts of bonding layer, and the peak values are all at the spraying amounts of 1.6kg/m2. The optimal spraying amounts of bonding layer of rubber-powder modified asphalt are obtained as 1.6kg/m2. Hereby, a trial road of bonding layer is constructed by rubber-powder modified asphalt on the National Highway of No. 327 in Sishui county in Jining City of Shandong Province. The monitoring and testing of construction quality are carried out. The results is as same as the results of the lab tests.In brief, the suggested performance evaluation indexes, construction techniques and bonding layer applications for the rubber-powder modified asphalt in this study can provide the reasonable basis for the further popularization and application of the rubber-powder modified asphalt.
