沥青稳定碎石排水基层混合料组成设计与应用技术研究

【摘要】 针对我国南方高温多雨地区沥青路面的水损害严重问题,本文采用沥青稳定碎石排水层(Asphalt-treated Permeable Base,简称ATPB)来预防高温多雨地区沥青路面的水损害。本文首先研究分析了沥青稳定碎石排水基层(ATPB)的混合料组成设计理论和方法。沥青稳定碎石排水层(ATPB)混合料理论上要求的空隙率较大,其沥青混合料结构属于骨架空隙结构。其组成有以下特点:粗集料所占比例较多,彼此紧密相接,细集料的数量较少或没有,不足以填充大颗粒之间的空隙,石料充分形成骨架,空隙率较大,渗透系数较高;混合料的强度主要依靠粗骨料之间的内摩阻力。论文分析了当前国内对于ATPB混合料级配设计的实用方法的特点,并根据实际情况建立起混合料性能与级配控制的影响参数,提出本文应用工程的ATPB混合料以细集料的填充粒径和粗集料的嵌挤状态为基础的级配设计方法。沥青稳定碎石排水层(ATPB)混合料组成设计具体分为五个步骤进行:1.从分析在使用过程中能够保持良好的透水能力及一定的稳定性和耐久性,提出沥青稳定碎石排水层混合料的技术指标要求;2.原材料检验;3.根据经验关系式,确定初选级配和沥青用量;4.对初选级配进行渗透系数、抗压回弹模量及析漏试验的筛选出设计级配;5.根据设计级配不同沥青用量的成型试件,进行性能检验,由此得到ATPB混合料的设计配合比。根据排水性沥青混合料四种级配方案要兼顾混合料的透水能力和强度特性要求,取空隙率范围为17~23%,以中值20%为目标空隙率。对排水性沥青混合料四种级配方案进行了大量的渗透系数、抗压回弹模量及析漏试验,确定出沥青稳定碎石排水基层的混合料的最佳油石比。最后通过铺筑试验路,研究了ATPB沥青碎石排水基层应用技术;沥青碎石排水基层ATPB的检测结果表明,ATPB混合料具有较好的路用性能。

【Abstract】 To solve the serious problems of water damage in asphalt pavement in high-temperature and rainy weather in south china, the thesis study the Asphalt-treated Permeable Base.First, the design method and theory of Asphalt mixes of Asphalt-treated Permeable Base are studied. In theory, the requirements of the larger void, it is asphalt mixture skeleton structure of the gap structure. Its composition has the following characteristics: their proportion of coarse aggregate more closely connecting each other, fine aggregate relatively small quantity or not, cannot fill the gap between the large particles, stone skeleton fully formed, more Voidage, permeability coefficient higher; Mixture relying mainly on the strength of the coarse aggregate in the friction .Secondly, the design Asphalt mixes of Asphalt-treated Permeable Base are specifically divided into five stages: 1. Determining asphalt stabilized gravel drainage layer mixture of technical requirements; 2. Raw materials testing; 3. Relationship based on experience, grade and primaries determine asphalt content; 4. Primaries grade for permeability coefficient, compressive back elastic modulus of leakage test and analysis of the screening; 5. Determining design grade, and performance of Asphalt mixes of Asphalt Treated Base.In accordance with Permeable ability and strength requirements, designing on four grading styles of asphalt mixes, and a great deal of penetration coefficient tests, compressive modulus of resilience and analysis of the leakage tests are done, Identify the Optimized asphalt aggregate ratio. So void of asphalt mixes is at the range of 17~23%, 20% is the value of these objectives void.Finally, to study the application technology of Asphalt Treated Permeable Base, the Asphalt Treated Base test road is paved. According to the trial results showed that the detection Road, ATPB mixture has good road performance.
