【摘要】 科学技术与道德的关系问题既是当前哲学研究的一个热点问题,也是公众生活中的一个热门话题,但多数是仁者见仁、智者见智,甚至出现了截然相反的观点。如中国古代的老子和庄子就认为知识的增长、技术的进步必然要带来道德的败坏。但也有学者认为科学总是在冲破封建的、旧的宗教法规和道德层层羁绊过程中不断向前发展的,并且也带动了人类道德观念和社会道德规范的变革。科学技术是一把双刃剑,它一方面极大地满足人们的物质欲望,另一方面,也给社会生活的各个领域特别是思想道德领域产生重大影响,科技在其迅速发展和广泛应用中与人们既有的道德观念发生了激烈的冲突,尤其是生物技术发展中基因工程技术的日趋普遍应用和克隆哺乳动物的问世及人们对预期的克隆人的忧虑更使社会大众陷入极度的道德恐慌之中。科技进步是不可扭转的历史趋势,科技发展带来的深远影响我们有目共赌,随着科学技术的日新月异,科技向人类道德提出了一系列新的挑战,由于科技发展带来的生态危机、环境危机、道德危机等负面效应,甚至引起人类道德冲突问题。我们应在科技发展与道德进步之间找到契合点,使得科技进步的同时道德也随之发展,从而实现科技与道德的和谐发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 The relationship between science and technology and moral philosophy is not only a hot issue of current research , but also a important topic in the public life, but different people have different kinds of views ,or even a diametrically opposed point of view。For example, in ancient China Laozi and Zhuangzi ever thought that the growth of knowledge and the advance of technology would inevitably cause that moral be ruined。But some scholars also believe that science always make progress during breaking the yokes of feudal and old religious rules and moral,and also promote the change of concept of human ethics and social ethics。Science and technology is a double-edged sword, on the one hand, it’s great to meet the people’s material desires, on the other hand, it also cause a serious of negative effects in various areas of social life such as the ecological crisis, the energy crisis and environmental crisis, particularly in the field of morality. with the rapid development of technology and widely used, people have a fierce conflict of moral values, in particular the development of biotechnology in genetic engineering technology to the increasingly widespread application and the advent of mammalian cloning and cloning of people expected, more people are got into extreme moral panic. The development of technology is an unavoidable trend of history, we all can see the profound effects caused by the technical development, along with the changing of science and technology every day, it brings a series of new challenges to the human morals, because the technical development brings negative effects such as ecology crisis, environment crisis, moral crisis and so on, even causes the human morals conflict question. we should find the connection between the technical development and the moral progress, so that the advance of technology and the progress of morality can occur at the same time, so we can realize the harmonious development of science, technology and moral.更多还原
