整枝机传动机构中矩形截面弹簧的研究

【摘要】 林木整枝有利于工业用材林的质量和利用效率。本文针对自动立木整枝机的传动装置进行了研究,其中矩形截面弹簧是在传动过程中实现扭矩传递、速度改变、转向改变、柔性传动的重要零件,本文针对该矩形截面弹簧做了以下几方面的研究:1、研究了变速换向传动机构的主要组成,分析了各部件的主要作用与运动情况,对其中的重要部件弹簧的主要参数进行了设计、分析、校核与计算。2、应用有限元方法分析了立木整枝机传动弹簧的受力,通过运用有限元软件Hypermesh、ANSYS取得了弹簧的力学参量分布。旨在研究矩形截面弹簧在传动过程中的受力作用,提出一种矩形截面扭转弹簧的有限元分析方法。3、基于虚拟仪器技术研制了矩形截面弹簧的性能测试软硬件系统,通过具体实验比较分析得出其打滑时所受的摩擦力等,为弹簧的设计优化提供了一些理论依据。

【Abstract】 Tree pruning is good for quality and using efficiency of woods used for industry. The pruning machine’s mechanical transmission equipment is analyzed in this paper, in this equipment the spring with rectangular section is a very important part. By using it we can achieve torque’s transmission, speed and direction’s changing and flexible transmission. This paper mainly focus on the spring with rectangular section of the remote control pruning machine , main productions and results are as follows:1、Introduced the composition of the transmission equipment, analyzed every parts’s main function and the movement situation of the equipment. And do some design and check calculation of the pruning machine’s spring with rectangular section.2、FEA preprocessing software HyperMesh and FEA software ANSYS are used to get the distribution of spring’s mechanical parameters. The aim of this is to analyse the function of spring with rectangular section in mechanical transmission and puts forward a method of analyzing the spring with rectangular section by FEA.3、Designed software and hardware system which used to test the ability of the spring with rectangular section based on virtual instrument. By using this system, we can get the friction of the spring with rectangular section., this can be used in the design and Optimization of the spring.
