可用于装甲车乘员舱的压缩空气制冷方法研究

【摘要】 静止式热分离器有其自身许多可取之处。但是目前,人们对静止式热分离器的研究还较少,许多机理还不明朗,而且其效率也较低。装甲车辆的制冷问题是一个至今未能得到完全令人满意解决的问题,如果对静止式热分离器的特性进行研究,进一步提高效率,将有可能运用于装甲车辆制冷问题。基于这样的思考,本文以数值模拟为辅助,主要通过实验的方法对静止式热分离器作了初步探索性的研究,旨在弄清楚静止式热分离器在设计过程中的一些相关问题以及其在制冷效率方面的一些基本规律。本论文成功设计制作了利用控制管形成声振荡器的双管和五管静止式热分离器实验件。实验发现,静止式热分离器各振荡管内波的幅值和频率对其制冷效率有着重要的影响,管内波的幅值和频率与试件自身结构、来流压强和控制管长度有着密切联系。在本文实验范围内,相同控制管下,静止式热分离器的效率随着进口压强的增大而增大;相同进口压强下,静止式热分离器的效率在总体趋势上随着控制管管长的增加而降低,并且在这个过程中,效率呈现出一定的波动性。并且从实用的角度,对于这种型式的静止式热分离器,控制管的长度应该控制在0.5-2m之间,入口压强不低于0.4MPa是比较合适的。通过本期试验研究,本文给出了进一步优化实验件结构,调整实验参数范围,获得更高制冷效率的方案,为进一步实验研究奠定了基础。

【Abstract】 The static thermal separator (STS) has much merit by itself. But until now, just a little study has been done about STS, much mechanism of STS is still not clear, and the efficiency of it is at a low level. The problem of refrigeration for armed-vehicles has not gotten a satisfactory answer yet, and if a well study about the characters of STS is made, and if its efficiency is raised to a practicable level, this problem will maybe well solved.With this reading this dissertation did an original exploratory research about STS through experiments assisted by numerical simulation. And the aim was to make clear of some problems in designing the STS and some fundamental laws in refrigeration efficiency.This dissertation successfully designed STS with double-tubes and also STS with multi-tubes taking advantage of the sonic oscillator formed by controlling pipe. And the experiment indicated, the amplitude and frequency of the waves in the oscillating tubes of STS affected the efficiency of STS greatly. The structure of the test specimen, the pressure of the inflow, and the length of the controlling pipe were all closely related to the amplitude and frequency of the waves in oscillating tubes. And in the scope of this dissertation, the efficiency of STS rose together with the swelling of the pressure of the inflow under the same length of controlling pipe; while the efficiency of STS descended together with the increasing in length of the controlling pipe as a whole under the same pressure of the inflow, and in this process, the efficiency undulated to some extent. And in terms of practicality, the controlling pipe’s length was supposed to vary from 0.5m to 2m and the presser of the inflow be above 0.4MPa, which was suitable.Based on this dissertation’s study ,a scheme to enhance the refrigeration efficiency to a higher lever was given, which can be gained through optimizing the structure of the test specimen, and adjusting the scope of parameters in the experiment. And thus, this dissertation laid a foundation for further study about STS.
