【摘要】 长沙市是一座有着悠久历史和丰厚文化底蕴的城市,随着城市经济的发展,其城市空间急剧的膨胀和改变,在这种变化过程中,它似乎更需要一种理性和人性的思维来合理引导其将来的变化和发展,本文将这种思维定义为人文的思维。文章采用先总后分的剖析形式,尽量从其历史的发展过程出发,以动态的视角来究寻其发散的内核。本文共分为六个章节:第一章绪论主要论述了长沙市城市公共空间发展的现状,阐述了研究的目的和意义:第二章针对本文的论点提出了相关概念,同时从理论上阐明了城市公共空间的场所意义和行为意义:第三章首先系统的概括了长沙市的城市空间格局演进过程,对长沙市的历史文化片区进行着重地分析,文章批判了其过去二十年来城市发展以“机动交通”为核心的不合理的城市格局,将人性尺度、场所精神等方面作为考量城市空间,特别是老城公共空间的重要基数:第四章首先提炼出长沙市的城市人文精髓,然后分别从旧城改造、新城建设这两方面的建设成败进行有针对性的分析总结,概括出问题的所在:第五章,文章从城市历史、城市文化、公共艺术、人性场所这四个角度提出了建设人文城市的方法,然后从城市公共空间的功能特征分类入手,从城市街道空间、城市广场、城市公共绿地、城市滨水空间等要素层面,结合前面的理论归纳和问题分析,相对应提出每一个要素空间的设计原则和手法。第六章,从管理和法规的角度,分析出当前“一书两证”分级审批制的不足,相应提出“空间产权制度”这一管理的思维来改善当前城建管理在“空间品质”这一领域的薄弱环节,同时,强调健全“公众参与”,完善城建管理过程中的民主法制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Changsha city is that the detail city one has long history and thick culture.
