【摘要】 在市场经济体系不断推进的同时,城市经济的快速增长也造成了城市社会结构的深刻变化。城市经济社会结构的转型和历史街区更新改造的深入,加快了长沙历史街区由自然型向阶层型转化的进程。历史街区中产生了具有经济、社会等多方面综合弱势特征的社会平民群体。在长沙市历史街区更新改造进程中,原居民的居住问题已经成为一个日益突出的重大问题。面对在历史街区更新改造中己经严重化的矛盾冲突,如何在解决更新发展与保护传统历史文化精华矛盾的同时,有效地保护原居民的基本利益,改善他们的居住状况,成为更新改造的可持续性和社会稳定的关键点。本文的研究目的就是要研究如何在历史街区的保护利用中,合理维护和创造出原居民的特色居住空间和环境,使其拥有一片能祥和生活的幸福居所。论文共分五章:第一章绪论,简要论述选题的背景、题目的概念、研究范围、意义以及论文的内容框架;第二章主要研究了国内外关于历史街区和街区保护利用的相关理论,对上海新天地和北京南池子两个历史街区的改造实例进行了分析和阐述;第三章主要介绍了长沙市典型历史街区的风貌特征,并且对这些历史街区内的原居民的居住现状和改善愿望进行了实地调查,用比例分析法对相关数据进行了分析;第四章在前面调查研究的基础上对在历史街区保护利用中产生的原居民的居住问题进行了分析;第五章进行了对历史街区中原居民的居住问题改善的模式探讨,并且提出了逐步建立多方合作的居住问题的改善机制;最后对全文进行总结,并提出未来的展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the market economic system continuously push forward the same time, the city’s rapid economic growth also caused a city of profound changes in social structure.
