双馈风力发电机组控制系统的研究

【摘要】 风力发电是一种新型的绿色能源,正成为世界各国争相开发的新技术领域。随着工业的发展,电力紧缺及供电环境问题日益突出,利用可再生能源-风能,作为未来最重要的清洁替代能源,对于缓解能源匮乏具有非常重要的意义。而变速恒频双馈风力发电技术以其成本低、效率高等特点成为当今风力发电技术中的主流。本文首先介绍了变速恒频的基本理论,详细介绍了双馈风力发电机组的运行原理、数学模型以及矢量控制原理,在分析了控制系统的功能要求之后,我们设计出了双馈风力发电机组控制系统的系统结构,该结构包括:变流单元、变桨单元、偏航单元、温度巡检单元,并设计出了基于PLC的系统结构。本文对机组控制系统的各个控制子单元的控制任务和控制流程进行了分析,详细列出了各控制参数。本文运用西门子S7200的可编程逻辑控制器对控制系统进行了硬件组态,包括主CPU、数字量模块、模拟量模块、温度模块和通信模块的选择。最大风能捕获是风力发电系统控制技术研究的重要内容。针对传统功率反馈信号控制和爬山搜索算法的不足,本文提出了一种基于模糊控制的最大功率点跟踪控制方法。该方法采用模糊控制算法,根据发电机转速增量变化的方向,自动调整发电机转速的变化,以实现最优风能的捕捉。在所建立的硬件基础上,本文利用STEP 7 MicroWIN V4.0进行了梯形图程序的编写,包括主控程序、最优风能捕捉子程序、偏航控制单元程序、变桨控制单元程序、温度检测程序和通信程序。最后利用西门子的组态软件WINCC设计了机组控制系统的图形用户界面,以此建立友好的人机交互界面。

【Abstract】 Wind energy power, as a new type green energy,,is being a new technology field which the states all over the worlds want to develop.with the developments of industry、shortage of electricity and the problem of power supply,using reproducible energy—wind energy which will be the most important clean substitute enetgy is of great significance for abating the shortage of energy。Meanwhile technique of variable speed constant frequenccy used on double-fed machine become the mainstream of wind energy power by its low cost and high efficiency.At first,the article analysed the theory of variable speed constant frequenccy , introduced the working principle、mathematical model and vector control theory of double-fed wind power system, analysed the function needs of control system.,then,we designed the structure of double-fed wind power control system ,including convertor-cell、paddle-change cell、crab-cell、temperature-cell .after that,we designed the system structure based on PLC.This paper analysed the control errand and the control flow of the sub-control section of the power system,and also list its control parameters,and configure the control system’s hardware using the programmable logic controller of SIMENS S7200,including the choose of CPU、digital module、analog module、temperature module and communication module.The maximum power extraction is a important research content of wind turbine. To meet up deficiency of traditional power feedback signal control and hill-climbing control, a control method based on fuzzy control for Maximum output power point(MPPT) is presented which regulates the rotor speed of generator using fuzzy algorithm on the basis of the mutative direction of the rotor speed increase. As a result, the extraction of maximum power is improved.at the base of hardware established this paper finished the ladder diagram using the STEP 7 MicroWIN V4.0,including main program、maximum power extraction program、crab program、temperature detecting program and communication program.At last, graphical user interface is designed and developed using configuration software WINCC of SIMENS, which can establish friendly Human—Machine interface.
