基于知识工程的汽车覆盖件模具模块化设计技术研究

【摘要】 汽车工业的迅速发展,车型的快速更新换代,要求汽车制造业能够在很短的时间内研究、开发并制造出高质量的汽车。而车身覆盖件的制造在很大程度上直接制约着新车型的开发。汽车覆盖件模具又是制造车身覆盖件的重要工艺装备。因此缩短覆盖件模具设计周期是缩短整个汽车车身开发周期,提高车型更新速度的一个重要手段。在汽车覆盖件模具设计中,专业设计软件的运用是缩短设计周期的有效手段。计算机软、硬件的迅速发展,为模具专业设计软件的开发应用以及其更高层次的发展创造了条件。并且,将知识工程(KBE)这一国际研究热点融入汽车覆盖件的模具设计软件的开发过程中是一主流发展趋势。论文在分析汽车覆盖件模具结构特征的基础上,以KBE思想为指导,对覆盖件模具模块化设计进行了以下的研究工作:1.研究模块化设计的基本原理,以此为基础分析汽车覆盖件模具模块化的划分以及组合的方法。2.将KBE引入汽车覆盖件模具模块化设计中,探索知识的获取、积累、更新和检索的方法。并研究汽车覆盖件模具模块化设计的实现方法。3.研究基于知识工程的汽车覆盖件冲压模具模块化设计的体系结构。分析了模块结构的创建方法和模块之间的装配方法。建立汽车覆盖件模块实例库,在UG平台上设计开发汽车覆盖件模具模块化设计单元。汽车覆盖件模具模块化设计单元能够实现汽车覆盖件冲压模具的快速响应设计。实际应用证明该设计单元很大程度的减轻了模具设计人员的劳动强度,提高汽车覆盖件模具设计的效率和准确性,缩短模具设计周期,增强企业市场竞争力,具有很高的实用性。

【Abstract】 The rapid development of automotive industry and speedy update of new automotive model require the automotive manufacturers to develop high quality automotive in short period. However, the manufacturing of panel, to a great extent, restricts the development of new automotive model. The automotive panel die is a important technological equipment of automotive panel manufacture. So the method that shorten the panel die’design period would be important for abbreviating the development period of whole vehicle body and accelerating the update speed of automotive shape(model)In automotive panel die design, the application of professional design software is an effective method to shorten the design period of automotive panel die. The fast development of hardware and software of computer provide qualifications for the development of die professional design software and its higher exploitation. It is one of the mainstreams to introduce Knowledge-Based Engineering (KBE) technology, on which international research focus, into the process of automotive panel die design.On the basis of studying the structure of automotive panel die, the following research works of modular design of automotive panel die have been done under the guidance of KBE technique.First, based on studying the theory of the modular design, the module partition and combination methods of automotive panel die are analyzed.Second, with the introduction of KBE technology to modular design of automotive panel die, the method of acquiring, accumulating, updating and searching knowledge is explored, with the implementation method of modular design of automotive panel die studied.Third, the architecture of panel die’s modular design system based on KBE is studied. The modeling method of modules and assembly method among the modules are also analyzed. Furthermore, with the foundation of automotive panel die module example database, the modular design system of automotive panel die based on UG software is developed.The modular design system of panel die can make rapid response design of automotive panel die come true. Applications of the design system have proved that it can reduce the workload of designers to a large extent, improve the efficiency and veracity of panel die design, reduce the development pried of panel die design and enhance the competitive power of enterprises; it shows that the system has high practicality.
