钢筋混凝土局部约束热轧H型钢柱抗震性能研究

【摘要】 钢框架结构中H型钢柱在地震作用下局部屈曲导致承载力迅速下降,针对此问题肖岩教授提出了局部约束H型钢钢构件概念,通过在钢构件可能产生塑性铰的部位施加横向增强约束,限制或延缓局部屈曲的进一步发展,延缓钢构件由于局部屈曲导致的承载力迅速下降,提高了构件的延性和耗能性能,并且通过对钢板局部约束热轧H型钢柱试验研究,验证了这种约束柱的良好抗震性能。本文继续采用钢筋混凝土作为横向约束的主要材料,即H型钢翼缘内填充混凝土,外包钢筋,进行局部约束柱的抗震性能试验研究,主要进行了以下几个方面的工作:(1)介绍了热轧H型钢的特点、应用以及相关研究;同时回顾了钢压弯构件在循环荷载作用下的研究及约束H型钢柱的概念。(2)按照H型钢柱强轴、弱轴作用平面设计了4个大比例钢筋混凝土局部约束热轧H型钢柱试件,其中3个进行强轴平面内循环水平荷载试验,1个进行弱轴平面内循环水平荷载试验。(3)对所设计的试件进行了常轴力和循环往复荷载作用下抗震性能试验,对试验结果和对比柱及钢板约束柱的破坏形态、柱的承载力、刚度、延性和耗能能力等进行了详细的对比分析,验证了钢筋混凝土对于改善H型钢柱抗震性能的有效性,同时也探讨了钢筋混凝土和钢板两种局部约束柱的差异。(4)给出了约束柱的钢材本构模型,计算了柱在单调荷载作用下的弯矩-曲率、荷载-位移曲线,探讨了约束柱的抗震受力机理及过程。

【Abstract】 Local bucling of H-shape steel columns caused by earthquake loading often causes bearing capacity falls down quickly in the monment-resisting frame. In order to solve this problem, Professor Xiao proposed an additional confinement. It can prevent or delay the inelastic buckling of H-shape steel columns at the potential plastic zones. Bearing capacity of H-shape steel columns falls down slowly because confinement prevents or delays the inelastic buckling of H-shape steel column. Expermental study of steel hoop confined H-shape steel columns indicated confined H-shape steel columns exhibited improved seismic performance with ductility compared with conventional H-shape steel columns. In this paper, experiment of RC confined H-shape steel columns is carried out under constant axial load and cyclic lateral forces. Confinement was made of the concrete block filled in flange girth and reinforcement hoop. The main work is summarized as follows:(1) State of art about the characteristics and application of hot-rolled H-shape steel is given. We also review the experimental and analytical research work of hot-rolled H-shape and steel columns.(2) Four large-scale H-shape steel columns were designed to simulate typical columns in multi-story building in seismic regions. The four columns were devided into two groups, in which three were for strong axis bending and one was for weak axis bending.(3) All confined columns were tested under constant axial load and cyclic lateral forces. The failure mode, strength degradation, stiffness degradation, ductility and energy dissipation were reported to investigate the seismic behavior of RC confined columns. Comapred with the conventional H-shape steel comumns, the confined ones exhibited significantly improved seismic performance with large ducility. At the same time, the paper reported different character of RC and steel hoop confined columns.(4) The paper proposed the mode of stress-strain of steel with confinement. We calculated the detail of moment-curve and load-displacement, and discussed the mechanics of confined H-shape steel columns.
