【摘要】 随着经济的快速发展和社会信息化程度的提高,计算机电信集成技术(CTI)成了新的发展热点。CTI技术横跨计算机与通信技术两大领域,它将电信与Internet结合在一起,掀起语音信息的浪潮。电话通信系统是CTI技术典型应用。企业电话通信系统以电话接入为主要方式,利用交互式应答设备提供各种服务,包括呼叫中心、统一消息处理等功能,可帮助企业提高办公效率,有效地管理通信费用,降低成本。中小型企业、个人用户可以借助CTI技术把语音信箱、传真收发和网上查询结合起来,营造一个小型办公环境,丰富了企业营销渠道,能够更有效地为客户服务,整合了通信资源,提高了企业的整体竞争力,已引起越来越多的企业的关注。论文介绍了CTI技术的基本概念,介绍了CTI技术的标准、协议、功能、应用和发展趋势,分析了不同类型的电话通信系统解决方案的特点,阐述了企业电话通信系统的构成、性能参数、相关技术及设计关键,给出了企业电话通信系统的总体结构,针对中小型科技企业选择了基于计算机语音板卡的电话通信系统解决方案。论文详细给出了电话通信系统网关和局域网终端的设计,重点论述了电话通信系统网关的物理结构、功能设计、语音卡编程、网关数据库设计、语音信箱等功能模块的实现和终端软件的功能实现及设计流程,并将该系统应用于企业,提供了一套完善的企业电话通信系统。系统采用Windows2000的开发平台,以界面和操作性极好的VC++为开发语言,开发了电话通信系统网关和终端的应用软件及界面,具有很强的通用型,通过简单的数据封装后可以应用于不同环境的企业中。更多还原

【Abstract】 CTI(Computer Telecommunication Integrated)is a new technology of computer and comunication. The CTI technology which bases on computer technology , network technology,communication technology becomes advanced and widely used though using the latest digital treatment technology. The communication system is a replying center that mainly treats with the phone call from client.With the rapid development of telecommunication technology and computer technology , the solution based on CTI technology has become the primary solution in communication system. The communication system interates voice technology with computer network and datebase technology.At present,because the communication system software receives the overseas monopoly, therefore the price is quite expensive .The method of traditional communication systems product exploitation adopts a pair of method. However each kind of service system, looked from the function block and the flow that, the diferent communication system has certain same,but only then little are partial is diferent. And even if is the communication system which the identical enterprise or the company uses in the diferent time compartment, the communication system content is dissimilar, even requests the renewal speed quite to be quick. If will not quite conveniently have quite conveniently to construct the platform,then only can revise the procedure code, like this gave the communication system the revision and the renewal has created the very big trouble, not only the renewal speed could not obtain the guarantee, moreover also needed to carry on the revision operation to the ringing system very familiar development facing the procedure code,has greatly lowered the feasibility. Therefore needs to have a method to be able to be the people quite convenient establishment and the revision communication system.The communication system uses Windows2000 as the development platform and uses VC + + as the development language which is excellent maneuverability.The system designed in this thesis has very strong general ability to the securities trading, can be applied to big or small business.更多还原
