多功能微机保护实验系统的新型继电保护测试装置研究

【摘要】 随着我国电力工业的迅速发展,新型继电保护装置特别是微机保护的推广应用,对相应的测试技术有了更新﹑更高的要求。与电子式互感器接口的微机保护装置的深入研究对提供全数字测试信号以及提供模拟测试信号的精度和可靠性方面都提出了更高要求。同时,微机保护的智能化发展,尤其是数据通讯技术以及涉及计算机自动测试等先进技术的广泛采用,推动了继电保护测试技术新的发展,为测试继电保护提供了新的方法、新的手段,为继电保护的闭环全自动测试提供了可能。论文首先研究分析了湖南大学研制的“多功能微机保护与变电站综合自动化实验培训系统”和微机保护测试装置的结构、原理及功能,在此基础上提出并设计了一种基于双DSP+CPLD技术的新型微机继电保护测试装置。该装置是“多功能微机保护与变电站综合自动化实验培训装置”的重要组成部分,同时又可作为一台新型继电保护测试仪满足电力部门和科研院所对继电保护装置的测试与开发任务,具有广阔的应用前景。论文研究分析了装置内高精度信号发生主控模块、人机交互模块中各硬件电路的原理及功能,提出了一套线性功率运放电路及其保护、自检电路的设计。文中详细阐述了主控模块的系统程序设计思路和编制方法并定义了内部通讯协议,采用嵌入式实时操作系统DSP/BIOS设计人机交互模块系统软件确保监控实时性。同时,对稳态和暂态波形产生算法进行了总结分析,介绍了IEC60870-5-103规约对继电保护装置全自动闭环测试系统的应用,提出状态字查询位实现应用流程的控制。电子式互感器接口输出的测试信号分为模拟量和数字量,本文采用高精度串行DA转换器和10M以太网控制器CS8900A与DSP芯片的以太网接口设计方案,使装置具备了输出模拟量微小电压信号和全数字量测试信号的功能。装置的软硬件采用模块化设计,具有强大的存储和运算能力,通过软硬处理提高了抗干扰、自检能力。通过仿真、试验结果表明,基于双DSP+CPLD模块的新型继电保护测试装置具有精度高、体积小、重量轻、运行可靠、人机界面友好等特点,能够与多功能微机保护实验培训系统配合,实现各种常规继电器和微机保护及变电站综合自动化实验。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of the Electric Power Industry in our country, new type of relay protection equipments especially microprocessor relay protection equipments have been widely applied in Power System, which has a higher and newer requirement to the corresponding relay testing technology. The deeper studying for microcomputer protection device interfacing with electronic transducers, the more needs of providing for more digit testing signal and the accuracy or stabilization of simulation testing signal. The intelligent development of microprocessor relay protection especially adopted sophisticated technology of data communication technology and computer automatic testing put forward new development of relay protection testing technology and provide new method and new means and bring a possibility for the automatic close-loop testing of relay protection.First, this thesis describes the structure and working principle of the“multifunction microprocessor relay protection and substation integrated automation experimental training system”. New type of relay protection testing equipment based on the double DSP+CPLD technology, meeting the case of project sites, is developed. And the microprocessor is one important part of the“multifunction microprocessor relay protection and substation integrated automation experimental training system”.To meet the various experimental testing requirements the“multifunctional microprocessor relay protection and substation integrated automation experimental training equipment”. On the other hand, the microprocessor relay protection testing equipment can also be an independent equipment to meet the common relay testing requirement of Power System, which has a great applicative potential and practical value.In the paper, the principle and the function of the whole hardware modular are analyzed in detail, a high accuracy signal generator control modular and man machine interface module are brought forward and designed. A set of power amplificatory circuits designing and the corresponding protective circuits designing of which is brought forward. the designing rule and the programming method of the system program of signal generator DSP modular are studied and analyzed, an effective communication protocol is designed, DSP/BIOS is a kind of real-time operation system, the software is designed on the platform of DSP/BIOS, which is specially designed for improving the real-time performance of the MMI module. The algorithm of stability and instability signal generator are studied, in the paper, the basic conception of IEC60870-5-103 protocol is introduced, and application of the automatic close-loop testing system of microcomputer relay protection device is discussed, uses the condition character inquiry bit to realize control of application flow.The testing signal of the electronic transducers interface output simulation or digit signal, in the thesis high accuracy serial DA converter and the 10M Ethernet control chip CS8900A is used to accomplish the Ethernet interface. The design is proved to possess function of outputting simulation or digit testing signal.The whole software and hardware adopted the modular design, which had strong storing and operating ability, Anti-interference, self-checking and self-adapting abilities were raised through processing software and hardware, The results of the simulation and the real debugging experiment indicate that this device can not only meet various experimental demands of“the microprocessor relay protection and substation integrated automation experimental training equipment”, but also meet the testing requirements of power system relay protection testing in the project site.
