基于71M6513的三相多功能电能表设计

【摘要】 目前,市场上挂网运行的多功能电能表多采取“专用计量芯片+MCU”的双核结构解决方案。这种结构下的电能表功能较为齐全、性能比较优越。但双核模式必然带有核与核之间的匹配以及数据传输可靠性等多方面的问题,并且由于采取通用的MCU,系统整体芯片数量较多,电能表的成本很难从根本上降下来。本文研究的目的在于进一步降低电能表的生产成本、提高系统运行的可靠性。基于71M6513的可靠工作性能,本文采取一种单芯片SoC(System on Chip)的电能表解决方案,基于该方案设计的三相多功能电能表性能优越、工作可靠、功能多样,拥有多参数计量、实时时钟和复费率、事件记录、负荷记录、按键显示、电能脉冲输出、光电和RS-485通信等功能,并且成本低廉,具有广阔的市场应用前景。全文共分为7部分:第1章为绪论,简要介绍电能计量仪表的发展历程,分析当前多功能电能表的研究现状及其发展趋势,探讨基于高性能单芯片SoC的电子式多功能电能表的研究意义,并指出本论文的工作设计重心;第2章详细介绍多功能电能表的主芯片71M6513的结构、特点、工作原理以及芯片在电能表设计应用中的优缺点,探讨基于该芯片的三相多功能电能表的功能设计和系统硬件结构设计;第3章详细探讨电能表的计量单元部分的设计;第4章介绍基于71M6513的多功能电能表的软件开发环境和运行平台,探讨系统软件的模块化设计原则,着重阐述系统的管理软件设计;第5章进行电能表的误差分析和修正以及系统的可靠性设计;第6章主要探讨电能表的计量检验方法,给出电能表平衡负载下有功基本误差的样表检验数据,并介绍该电能表的运行情况;结论部分总结全文的工作,并指出后续工作方向。实际测试和运行表明,作者设计的基于71M6513的三相多功能电能表工作可靠,计量与管理功能均满足国际国内有关标准的要求。

【Abstract】 At present, "special measure chip + MCU " dual-core structure solution is taken by most of the multi-function energy meter. It has complete functions and superior performances. But the meter has many problems as the matching of two cores and the reliability of data transmission and so on. By using the common MCU, the overall system has a larger number of chips,and the cost of meter can not be radically reduced. The purpose of this paper is to further reduce the cost and improve the reliability of system.This paper adopted a single chip SoC (System on Chip) energy meter solution.The three phase multi-function meter based on this solution has many advantages such as superior in performance, reliable in working, versatile in function. It has many functions suce as multi-parameter measurement , real-time clock and multi-rate, event records, load records, electric pulse output, optoelectronic and RS-485 communications and so on. because of the characteristics above and the low cost, it has a broad market prospect.This thesis consists of 7 chapters. The first chapter introduced the development course of energy meter, analysed the current research and development trend of multi-function meter, discussed the research meaning of electronic multi-function Meter based on a high-performance single-chip SoC, pointed out the main tasks of this paper. The second chapter introduced in detail the structure and characteristics as well as working principle of 71M6513, expounded the chip’s advantages and disadvantages in the application, discussed the design of the function and hardware structure of three phase multi-function meter. The third chapter described the design of measurement unit. The fourth chapter introduced the software development environment and operating platform, discussed the principles of modular software design, focused on the design of system management software. The fifth chapter discussed the error analysis and correction, as well as the reliability design. The sixth chapter focused on the measurement method of the meter testing, gave the test data under active balance load, introduced the operation of the meter. Finally, the working of this thesis was summarized, and the improvement methods were proposed.The production practices shows that this meter based on 71M6513 works reliability, meets relevant standards at home and abroad.
