转体梁施工中的不平衡问题及风致振动研究

【摘要】 转体施工作为一种新发展起来的桥梁施工方法,由于对交通的影响很小、变高空作业为地面作业、施工快速、技术和经济效益高,在交通流量大的地区和跨线桥的施工中有很大的应用优势和应用前景。因此有必要对转体施工进行系统研究,为以后的设计提供参考。本文介绍了转体施工的应用与发展状况,主要研究了平转法转体施工时不平衡力测试的方法,包括球铰转动法、挠度法和应变法。利用球铰转动法对张石高速桥和张家湾桥转体施工的不平衡力进行了测试,并对这三种方法的优缺点进行了总结。在转体过程中,转体梁处于大悬臂动平衡状态,整个体系的平衡主要由球铰控制。此时,在风荷载作用下,特别是在阵风频带与转体段的自振频率接近时,转体梁的风致振动就成为值得研究的问题。本文首次采用随机振动的方法,对转体梁的风致振动进行了研究。本文利用ANSYS中的PSD模块对张家湾大桥在频域内进行了分析,并且与实际测试的数据结果进行了比较。从计算结果看出:功率谱分析的计算结果与实际测试的结果基本一致,虽然最大误差达到了40%,但是计算结果可以满足工程应用要求。本文的分析结果可以为转体梁的风致振动提供参考。

【Abstract】 As a new method of bridge construction, rotary erection method has lots of advantages and embraces a bright future in applications. It has little influence on the traffic, moves the construction site from high altitude to the sub aerial and enjoys a high technical and economical benefit with its high construction speed. So it is necessary to study the method systematically and the results can be referred to in later design.This article briefly introduces the application of rotary erection method and how it develops. The article mainly studies the testing method of unbalanced force in constructions adopting horizontal rotary method, introduces the spheric hinge rotary movement method and also proposes the deflection method and strain method to estimate the unbalanced force. Some tests are carried out on the Zhang Shi highway Bridge and the Zhang Jia Wan Bridge using the spheric hinge rotary movement method. Based on the analyzing results, the article presents how to make a comparison among those three methods.The rotating beam is in move balance state when is rotated and whole balance of system is controlled by the spheric hinge. In the effect of wind load especially the frequency of flurry is closed to the bridge’s, the wind vibration of the rotating beam is necessary to analyze. In this paper, it will use the method of stochastic vibration to analyze the wind vibration of the rotating beam. Using the PSD module of ANSYS analyzes the Zhang Jia Wan Bridge in frequency domain. At last, it compares the result to the test data. Following conclusions are obtained from the result: The result of powder spectrum analysis is consistent with the test result. The finial conclusion is available to project although two results are discrepant about 40% and can offer a method to the rotating beam about wind vibration.There are 48 figure, 18 tables, and 66 references literature
