铁路集装箱全程物流服务信息系统关键技术的研究

【摘要】 铁路集装箱运输长期以来一直是以站到站的铁路线运输为主。但是随着业务的发展,市场竞争的激烈,集装箱公司开始拓展业务,向两端延伸,开展增值服务,改变以往的站到站的运输服务到门到门的物流服务,因此如何建立一套适合集装箱全程物流服务业务的需求,对集装箱全程快捷运输服务提供信息支持平台就是一个重要的课题,同时,如何做好既有信息平台的整合和集成,以及在铁路现有的信息追踪的基础上,建立一套针对货物的全程信息追踪方法也是系统要解决的关键问题。本文首先调查分析国内外相关集装箱物流服务系统建设的应用情况,分析了铁路集装箱运输信息系统建设中存在的主要问题。针对集装箱全程运输业务流程、服务产品以及业务规范等进行了重点分析要求,以此为基础,论文针对以下四个方面的展开了研究工作:(1)针对集装箱全程物流信息服务信息系统的架构设计。在对集装箱全程物流服务的业务需求深入分析后,进行了系统的架构设计和技术方案设计,重点在于系统总体框架、技术标准、系统功能、数据结构及逻辑结构。(2)研究了针对既有集装箱运输管理相关业务信息系统的整合方案。集装箱公司既有信息系统因建设时间不同,未在统一的规划体系下建设,造成信息交换和共享障碍,致使不能发挥信息的综合利用价值:.借助新建系统开发设计时机,充分考虑集装箱公司应用系统整合的技术方案,为系统全面整合积累经验。(3)研究了针对集装箱全程物流的信息追踪问题。考虑铁路既有信息系统提供的车辆追踪信息,在全程物流信息系统中构建针对货物的全程信息追踪方法。(4)实例验证。设计和开发集装箱全程运输服务信息系统,并在通过试点应用进行完善,推广应用。通过实践验证检验系统设计方案和关键技术。

【Abstract】 Railway Container Transport has long been the arrival of the railway station on the main line. However, as business development, market competition becomes intensely, and the container companies expand their business to both sides, for value-added services, and change the arrival of the station door-to-door transport services to the logistics services. So how to set up a system to adapt to container logistics services throughout the demand for container transport services is an important issue to support platform of information for speedy provision in the whole logistics. At the same time, how to integrate the existing information platform, and establish a set method to tracing information of cargo in the entire journey ,on the basis of tracing information in the existing railway ,are also key problems to be resolved by the system.At first this paper researches and analyses the application of the container logistics services systems in China and foreign countries. It also analyses the main problems existed in construction of railway container transport information systems. The entire process for container transport business processes, products and business services and operation criterion analyses the key requirements. As the basis for the paper, it launches the research work in view of following four aspects:(1) For container Total Logistics Information Service information systems architecture design.After in-depth analysis of the business needs throughout container logistics services, we carries out a systematic framework for the design and technical design, with emphasis on the overall system framework, technical standards, system, data structure and logical structure.(2) Research for both the container transport business related to the management information systems integration project.Because the building of different times, container company information system does not construct in a unified planning system which makes obstacles of information exchange and sharing, so as not to play the comprehensive utilization of information value. With the new system development and design time, we give full consideration to the container company’s application systems integration technology project, and accumulate experience for fully integrated system. (3) Research on the whole container logistics for the tracing information Consideration the vehicle tracking information provided by the existinginformation systems, it builds full tracking methods for cargo in the logistics information system throughout the entire process.(4) An example to validateContainer transportation service information system during the entire journey is designed and developed, improved through pilot applications and promoted the application. Through practice certification tests system design and key technologies.
