微机监测系统的CAN总线研究

【摘要】 本论文是基于铁路信号微机监测系统的开发研究而展开的。论文的研究方向是在该分布式监测系统中,各采集机与站机之间采用可靠、高速、易配置的CAN通信网络,以及如何保证通信系统在铁路站复杂的现场环境中可靠的运行。在通信控制策略上采用双CAN总线全面冗余设计,在软硬件开发上采用多种可靠性设计。本论文详细阐述了软硬件设计思想及关键技术,并针对微机监测系统各采集机的具体项目情况,分别进行软硬件规划和功能设计,完成软硬件测试及运行试验,并得到了成功的实际应用。本论文对CAN总线各方面的传输性能,包括通信实时性、通信能力、波特率及负载率等,做了较为深入的研究,并设计了一些测试方法来考察各种因素对CAN总线性能有何影响。

【Abstract】 This paper is mainly about the research and development of the computer based supervision system used in railway signaling field. The aim research of this paper is to guarantee the function of communication system which is constructed by the reliable, high-speed and easy configurable CAN bus network between the host device and the data collected device performinging well under the complicated condition in railway stations. A full-scale dual-CAN bus design is used as communication strategy, meanwhile there are kinds of design both in software and hardware development to enhance the reliability, whose thoughtway and key technic are described in detail. In the article, a specific project is designed both in software and hardware. After the process of experiment and test, the system performs functionally. Further research in the aspects including real-time ability of communication, capability of communication, baud rate and network load rate is done in this paper. Kinds of method to test the performence of CAN bus which could be influenced by the factors mentioned above are designed and implemented. 21 figures, 30 tables, 30 references.
