基于供应链管理环境下的太钢原料入库流程优化与再造研究

【摘要】 在供应链管理环境下,实施企业与企业之间的业务流程再造对提高企业的竞争力和整体的流程效率具有重要意义。论文以太原钢铁集团原料入库流程为背景,探讨了业务流程再造几种建模方法和仿真技术,提出了在供应链管理环境下太钢现有原料入库流程的优化与再造措施,对于处在发展过程中的太钢集团来说,具有重要的参考意义,对于同类型的企业来说,也具有一定的参考价值。论文检索了国内外关于业务流程再造的研究现状,探讨了供应链管理环境下业务流程再造的理论与框架模型,分析了太钢原料到达、翻卸与仓储设施、原料入库流程的现状与特点,采用了流程图、Petri网建模方法与Arena仿真技术描述并仿真分析了太钢原料入库流程,探讨了目前流程的主要瓶颈,并利用Petri网建模方法和Arena仿真软件对优化与再造之后的绩效进行了评价,提出了在供应链管理环境下,太钢应联合供应商进行流程优化与再造的措施,具有一定的理论和实践意义。

【Abstract】 It is necessary to implement BPR between enterprises based on supply chain management. It is of great significance to improve the competitiveness of enterprises and the overall efficiency of the process. The paper uses TISCO process of raw materials location as background, discusses several modeling methods and simulation technology of BPR, proposes optimization and reengineering measures of TISCO process of raw materials location.It has important reference significance for the TISCO Group in development process, and it has some reference value.for the same types of enterprises like TISCO.The paper searches the status quo at home and abroad on business process reengineering, discusses theory and framework model of business process reengin eering based on supply chain management, analyses the status quo and characteri stic of TISCO arrival of raw materials, unloading and storage facilities and raw materials location process, descripts and simulates TISCO process of raw material s using a flow chart, Petri net and Arena simulation technology, discusses the m ain bottleneck of the current process, and performance after optimization and ree ngineering is evaluated using Petri net modeling method and Arena simulation so ftware, TISCO should combine vendor to optimize and reengineering process bas ed on supply chain management, which have a certain theoretical and practical si gnificance.
