嵌入式无线机车信号车载主机研究

【摘要】 随着铁路运输向高速化、信息化和网络化发展,基于通信的列车运行控制系统(CBTC)成为列车运行控制系统的主要发展趋势。无线机车信号是一种通过无线信道方式传输列车行车信号及列车运行控制信息的装置,符合基于通信的列车运行控制技术的发展方向。本论文在对既有以单片机为控制内核的车载主机的研究基础上,提出采用嵌入式技术进行无线机车信号车载主机设计,符合COTS设计理念,可进一步提高处理能力,提高可靠性,增加系统功能,具有重要的现实意义。论文阐述了嵌入式系统设计的基本思想,提出嵌入式无线机车信号车载主机的整体结构设计方案,选择PC/104为控制内核;完成了嵌入式车载主机板及母板的硬件设计,将串口扩展电路、I/O输入输出电路、数据存储电路等与PC/104控制内核进行集成,并编制了相关应用程序;在车载主机的可靠性和安全性方面,设计了机车信号安全输出电路、动态扫描电路、GPS电路等,重点对双机热备冗余结构进行设计,完成了双机切换控制器、双机争权、冗余心跳通信、心跳故障检测、双机信息同步等关键技术研究。论文在试验平台上进行了车载设备与地面设备联机调试,验证了车载主机具备的功能,达到了预期的目标。并从系统的可靠性与安全性角度出发,定性评价了嵌入式无线机车信号车载冗余主机的可靠性与安全性,并用仿真软件MATLAB对影响车载冗余主机的关键参数进行了仿真。理论分析表明:本论文所设计的基于嵌入式的车载冗余主机,保证了系统的可靠性,提高了系统的安全性。

【Abstract】 ABSTRACT: Along with the network-based development of railway transport towards high-speed and informationization, Communication based Train Control System (CBTC) has become the main trend in the development of train control system. Radio Based Cab Signal System is a kind of device that transmits the train traffic signal and train control information through the wireless channel, which belongs to the above trend. Based on the studies on the on-board host computer with MCU as its core, this paper proposes a program which uses the embedded technology to design the on-board host computer. The design conforms to the principles of COTS, further improving the performance, reliability and functions of the system.The paper elaborates the basic principle of the design, proposes a comprehensive program that designs the on-board host computer of Radio Based Cab Signal System with embedded technology with PC/104 as its Control-Core. It also successfully designs the hardware of embedded on-board motherboard, integrating extended circuit serial, I/O input and output circuits, data storage circuit and PC/104 circuit, and compiles the related application program. To improve the reliability and safety of the on-board equipment, the paper also designs output circuit of train signal, dynamic scanning circuit, GPS circuit. It focuses on the design of Hot Stand-by redundant structure, conducting researches on the key technologies such as a double-switch controller, dual power-struggle, redundant communications heartbeat, heart Fault detection, double synchronous information, etc.The paper conducts a test on the on-board equipment and ground equipment on the test platform, verifying the function of the on-board equipment and achieving the predefined goal. It also assesses the reliability and security of the redundant equipment of Radio Based Cab Signal System, and emulates the key parameters that affect the on-board redundant equipment through the emulation software-MATLAB. Theoretical analysis shows that the on-board redundant equipment based on embedded technology designed in the paper can improve the reliability and security of the system
