【摘要】 目前,越来越多的制造企业开始在生产车间实施制造执行系统(MES)来进行生产调度,优化生产流程,实现与上层企业资源计划(ERP)和下层过程控制系统(PCS)的有效沟通。设备是制造企业创造利润的有形资产,应用好的设备管理方法对它进行妥善的维护,保证设备的正常运转是非常重要的。烟草企业作为流程制造业的代表,其生产过程主要由设备自行完成,因此实施面向MES的设备管理系统,有效地管理以烟草企业为代表的制造企业的生产设备是十分必要的。本文对MES相关理论和技术现状进行了深入研究,论述了烟草企业实施MES重要意义;详细阐述了设备管理的理论与方法,重点研究了基于预见性维修理论的设备管理方法,包括维修换件周期测算及预测模型、设备点检及分析模型、关键部位温度计算分析、备件动态管理模型等理论与模型,并将该方法应用到系统功能模块的设计之中;针对烟草企业生产设备及其特点,结合车间业务流程,对面向MES的设备管理系统进行系统分析,优化了系统业务流程和数据流程,并在此基础上设计了系统的总体结构、功能模块及系统数据库;最后对主要功能模块进行系统实现,并对所采用的关键技术进行研究。系统的应用使得企业的设备管理水平有了显著提高,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。更多还原

【Abstract】 Nowadays more and more manufacture companies begin to implement Manufacturing Execution System(MES) in the workshop for production dispatch, optimizing production flow and realizing the efficient communication with the upper layer Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP)and the lower layer Process Control System(PCS). Equipments are the tangible assets for the manufacturing factories and it is important to apply to a good method of equipments management in order to maintain the equipments properly and guarantee their normal operation. Tobacco enterprise is the typical example of flow manufacture whose whole producing process is completed by the equipments automatically. It is necessary to implement MES in the equipment managing system and thus manage the equipments in an efficient way.This paper expounds the theory and the practicing condition of MES and states the significance of implementing MES to Tobacco enterprise. It elaborates the theory and method of managing equipments and analyses the equipments management methods on the basis of predictable maintain theory including the model of maintenance cycle of calculation and prediction, the model of equipment seized and analysis, analysis of key parts temperature, spare parts dynamic management model theory and model and so on, and apply them to the design of system function modules. According to the characteristics of the equipments of tobacco enterprise and the process flow, I analyze on the system of the equipment management of the Tobacco enterprise based on MES. This system optimizes the operating flow and data flow and constructs the general structure, the function modules and the system dataset. In the very end I realize the whole system on the main modules and analyses the key adopted techniques. The application of the system raises the equipments management level and receive a good economic benefit and social benefit.更多还原
