综合传动装置换挡品质优化研究

【摘要】 综合传动装置是高速履带车辆传动系统的重要部分,其性能的优劣对整车性能及传动系统的寿命都有很大的影响。综合传动装置换挡品质问题一直是车辆传动研究领域中的一个重要研究课题。本文分析了影响换挡品质的因素,围绕综合传动装置换挡品质控制技术,对传动装置的换挡品质控制方案进行了较深入的分析和研究,并利用所建立的综合传动系统模型对该问题进行了分析、探讨。论文的主要研究内容如下:1、综述了综合传动装置的特点、发展历程、国内外的研究现状及发展趋势,介绍了综合传动技术研究的主要内容及开发手段。2、采用面向对象建模方法,在Matlab/Simulink环境下,采用SimDriveline工具箱对综合传动系统进行了动力学建模和仿真,建立了传动系统主要部件模型库,其中包括摩擦离合器、定轴式和行星式变速箱、液压控制及执行机构等,所建立的仿真模型具有很好的通用性,使得综合传动系统能够采用统一的建模语言、在同一个仿真平台下实现高效建模与仿真。并搭建出综合传动系统模型,进行了车辆运行、换挡等动态过程的仿真。3、详细分析了换挡过程中换挡冲击产生的原因,探讨了几种改善换挡质量的控制方法,即发动机断油控制、液压缓冲阀的缓冲控制及执行机构动作重叠时间的定时控制,使用所建立的模型进行了仿真研究,并结合实际情况,制定了适合高速履带车辆的换挡品质控制方式。4、在参考大量文献的基础上,对自动变速器换挡品质的现有评价方法、指标进行了分析和总结,完善了综合传动装置换挡平稳性的主客观评价指标,并建立了与之相关的遗传算法优化方案。对换挡过程中调整ECU发出的换挡控制信号,调节执行机构动作重叠时间的定时控制方式进行了仿真研究,给出了换挡品质的控制方案。5、将DCS应用于综合传动试验台,在DCS下编制换挡品质优化程序,进行了综合传动装置空损、换挡品质优化检验等台架试验。仿真及台架试验结果表明:所建立的模型、所采用的控制方法及所提出的换挡品质控制方式是合理、有效的。

【Abstract】 The integrated transmission device is an important part in high speed tracked vehicle, its performance has a very tremendous influence on the performance of the entire vehicle and the transmission system life. This thesis analyzed the factors that influence the shift quality, and carried on the thorough analysis and research on the shift quality control technology. The main research contents are as follows:1、This thesis summarized the characteristic, development course, domestic and foreign present research states and development trend of the integrated transmission device, and introduced the primary coverage and the development method of automatic transmission.2、Object-oriented modeling method was used in modeling of the integrated transmission device. The SimDriveline toolbox was used in dynamics modeling and simulation. The major components, including the friction clutch, the fixed axle type and the planet type gear box, the hydraulic controller and actuator, have established. The models have a very good versatility, all process can be finished under the identical simulation platform. And the dynamic process simulation, such as the vehicles movement, shifting gears and so on, were also carried on in this thesis.3、This thesis multi-analyzed the reasons which produce the jerks in the shift process and discussed several methods improving the shift quality. The launch prompt oil control, the hydraulic buffering valve pressure control and the implementing agency movement overlap-time control were also discussed. After well analyzed, a shift quality control method was given.4、In referring of massive literature, the existed shift quality assessment methods and targets, we established the shift quality subjective and objective targets for the integrated transmission device. The Genetic Algorithm (GA) was used in the shift quality optimization process.5、DCS was applied in the comprehensive transmission test platform, some procedures were programmed in this environment. The simulation and bench test results indicated the rationality and validity of the models, the controlling means and the proposed shift quality controlling methods.
