基于工作流的铁通计划与建设管理信息系统的研究

【摘要】 随着计算机技术和网络的不断发展,信息化已经成为建设现代化企业的必要条件,便捷、高效的管理信息系统成为政府机关和企事业单位提高办公效率不可或缺的一部分。并且随着铁通业务规模和业务种类的快速扩大,对部门工作质量的要求越来越高。因此,为铁通进行信息化建设,保证铁通业务的高效运作,保证整个系统的可靠性、安全性和可扩展性是至关重要的。本文针对铁通计划与建设管理信息系统提出了一套解决方案,论文的主要工作和创新点如下:在功能方面,系统实现了在B/S模式下对计划与建设部门的日常工作进行监控与管理,具备了比较完备的功能。计划部人员可以通过本系统方便的对立项请示进行管理与处理;建设部人员可以对工程准备、设计、施工、验收等一系列涉及项目建设的工作进行监督和控制;管理人员可以通过本系统维护用户及其角色和权限,并且能够实时地获取系统操作的日志信息,能够有效、快捷地进行系统监控和维护。本系统可以大大提高铁通计划与建设部门日常工作的效率和质量,确保业务长期、稳定的运作。在技术方面,本文研究了国内外工作流技术和Petri网建模,分析了铁通计划与建设部门的业务功能和数据规范;详细研究了系统的各项关键技术,以及这些技术在系统中的实现方式;最终完成了基于Petri网工作流的铁通计划与建设管理信息系统的解决方案。本文将业界流行的工作流技术应用在铁通系统中,并基于Petri网技术完成了系统的工作流建模,进行了模型的正确性验证。在系统的实现上,完成了基于关系型数据库的工作流引擎及其业务应用接口的实现,提出并实现了系统的多层角色访问控制和多用户并发机制,引入了先进的.NET框架和ASP技术,优化了系统的前端显示和功能实现。本文构建了较为完整的基于工作流的铁通计划与建设管理信息系统平台,实现了预期的设计目标和功能需求。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of the computer technology and the network application, informationalization has become the necessary condition of the modern enterprises. Convenient and efficient management information system has become an integral part of the government agencies and enterprises which can improve office efficiency. With the rapid expansion of the scale and variety of TieTong business, the quality requirement of the department work is increasing day by day. Therefore, it is indeed critical to start the information construction to ensure the efficient business operations and the overall system’s reliability, security and scalability. This thesis has raised a set of solutions for TieTong Planning and Construction management information system. The main work and innovations are as follows:Functionally, the monitoring and management of the daily work in the Planning and Construction departments is realized based on B / S mode with relatively complete functions. Through this system, Planning department people can conveniently manage and handle the project applications; Construction department people can monitor and control the series of work process involving project building, such as project preparation, design, construction, inspection and so on; Management people could maintain the users’ information, their roles and authorities through the system. And also they could access the real-time system log information which is very helpful to efficiently and rapidly monitor it. The daily work efficiency and quality of Tietong Planning and Construction department could be highly improved and the long-term, stable operation of department business is ensured by using the system.Technically, in this paper, the status and direction of the development of workflow technology and Petri net modeling is investigated, followed by the analysis of business functions and data standards in TieTong Planning and Construction departments; the key technologies and their implementation in the system are particularly studied; the solutions of TieTong Planning and Construction management information system based on Petri net workflow are finally completed. The popular workflow technology in the industry is applied in the TieTong system and its workflow modeling is also completed based on Petri net technology with the authentication of the model’s correctness. In the realization of the system, the workflow engine and its business application interfaces are realized based on the Relational database; the multi-layer role based access control and multi-user concurrent mechanism in the system are also proposed and implemented; advanced .NET framework and ASP technology are imported which is indeed helpful for the optimization of the system’s front-end display and function implementation.A relatively comprehensive TieTong Planning and Construction management information system based on workflow has been established in this thesis, which has achieved the prospective design objectives and functional requirements.
