重庆轨道交通2号线轨道梁桥养护管理系统初步研究

【摘要】 重庆轨道交通2号线是我国的首条单轨铁路,然而,随着运营的不断发展,暴露出了很多新的问题,如档案资料管理不科学,很多的信息、文档不能在不同的部门之间共享;对于轨道梁桥的检查检测方法还很单一和落后;对于轨道梁桥的状态评价还没有成熟的分析模型,在此基础上亟需开发轨道梁桥的养护管理系统。本文通过深入的调查与研究,主要完成了以下几方面的内容:(1)完成了2号线轨道梁桥养护管理系统各主要功能的需求调研。(2)完成了2号线轨道梁桥养护管理系统设备管理和检测管理两个模块的需求分析。(3)在设备管理和检测管理两个模块需求分析的基础上,确定了其数据平台的搭建技术以及数据的采集和入库方案,初步设计了其数据库的表结构。(4)初步探讨了轨道梁桥养护管理系统中评价指标的种类和定量化的方法。(5)对基于多层次灰色理论在轨道梁桥养护管理系统中状态分析的应用进行了初步探讨。

【Abstract】 Chongqing monorail transit line 2 is the first monorail in China While,with the development of operation,more and more problems are exposed.such as unscientific management of files and data,what’s more,A lot of information,documents can not be shared between different departments,the checking and testing methods of the track beam are too simple and outdated,Mature evaluation model of the track beam state has not yet been studied out On the basis of the above,developing track beam maintenance management system is much-needed.Through deep investigation and research,several aspects as follows are mainly studied:(1)The functions of the maintenance management system are established.(2)The demand analysis of equipment management module and testing management module of the system are finished.(2)Based on the demand analysis,the technology of the data platform,data collection and storage programme are studied out,the table structure of the database is in preliminary design.(3)The evaluation index of the track beam system is preliminarily studied and the quantitative methods of evaluation index are given.(4)State evaluation model of the track beam system based on a multi-level grey theory is preliminarily studied.
