基于ARM9的ZPW-2000A监测系统与综合采集机的研究

【摘要】 ZPW-2000A是自动闭塞移频设备,其利用轨道电路,发送不同频率的FSK信号,以表示各区间的列车占用情况。信号由接收盒接收,经过衰耗盒处理后逐级发送至次级区间。信号微机监测系统用于监测铁路信号设备。其中综合采集机负责电源屏、电缆绝缘、电源对地漏流以及熔/灯丝断丝的监测。本文分为两部分,第一部分针对ZPW-2000A信号的监测,从硬件设计,软件算法实现两方面阐述了测试系统的研发。以嵌入式系统开发平台,ARM9系列中的S3C2410A芯片为系统核心,数字信号处理(ZFFT)为方法,在硬件设计上,充分利用了ARM9提供的丰富功能模块,可使用多种现场总线通讯,有较强的控制性能。软件设计结构紧凑,适合于嵌入式系统处理。第二部分是结合采集机各任务的测试原理在新的硬件平台上编写测试软件程序。原微机监测系统中综合采集机模块使用基于LPC2292处理器的嵌入式系统。模块升级后提升了系统的处理能力,在保证原系统功能的前提下,便于扩展新的测试任务。完成后的系统已经在大-秦线上的茶坞站进行了为期数月的现场测试,在测试中系统工作稳定。最后总结了工作的,针对两个部分,提出了开发中遇到的问题,以及改进的思路与方法。

【Abstract】 ZPW-2000A is the automatic block instrument used in high-speed railway system. It sends different continuous-phase FSK signals. The signal represents the status of track occupation. The signal is received by receiving box, and processed by attenuating box. Then it is sends to the next section of railway. The monitoring system based on microcomputer monitors the signaling devices. The Integration Acquition is in charge of monitoring the power supply situation, cable isolation, current leaking and the blowout.This thesis is mainly about two parts. In the fist part, The testing system’s hardware and software are designed. The testing system is used to test automatic blocks signaling device ZPW-2000A’s signal. The testing system uses ZFFT arithmetic and use embedded system. The CPU is ARM9 series chips, the S3C2410A. The system makes full use of the ARM9 processor’s recouses in the hardware designing. The system provides kinds of communication buses. The program is designed in a simple and efficient structure which is suitable for embedded system to process in the software programing.In the second part, the testing software is programed according to the principle of the integration acquisition testing tasks. The integration acquisition of the monitoring system based on micro computer is presented. The acquisition used LPC2292 chip as its processor. The finished system improved the processing capability, which makes it convenient to add new testing task meanwhile the system maintains the former tasks. This finished system is used in real rail-station CHAWU to test whether it works well.As a conclusion, to both parts, the problems during the development are presented in details. The thoughts and plans which can solve the problems and enhance the performance of system are described.
